Frankly, this is more a house hunting related service rather than free advise. There are so many condo developments in Singapore. Every condo will have some good or bad blocks. And even within the block there are good and bad units. Furthermore, depending on the direction of the apartment faces, the house luck will be different. So we it is not right for us to just tell you which is the most suitable condo just based on your year of birth. Personally, if you really want the best site, then I can frankly tell you in Singapore, the areas where you can find most of landed properties or high-end condo are typically the better locations in Singapore. So the more practical way for you to go about hunting your house is first determine the breadwinner's and family member's best direction. Then hunt for a house within the development that has that fits this requirement. Then from there you can compare to see which one is most suitable overall from the layout plan and the site. Generally, if you are a West group person, then the best house luck for house built 2004-2023 (Period 😎 is generally Northeast/Southwest facing. While East group person is generally South/East facing. Then whether or not the house is good or bad depends on whether the bedrooms are located in the sectors that is suitable for the other family members. As well as whether the house layout can benefit from the flying star house luck. This is usually the better way to find your perfect house.
