Dear Sir,
I would like to know whether 3 doors facing each other is a bad fengshui. The first door is a toilet door facing the bedroom door, & inside the bedroom is another toilet with the door facing the bedroom door. Would appreciate your advice.

Generally, any door facing another door directly is usually inauspicious. Especially, if the two doors facing each other are close by and are bedrooms. This is because two occupants will not see eye-to-eye so may have quarrels.

In this case, this is toilet facing bedroom so at least you won't have quarrels as it is not a bedroom so not really as bad. But still imagine if the toilet door is not closed, everytime you enter in and out of the room, you will see the toilet.

Anyway, nothing much you can do except to keep the toilet clean and the toilet door close when not in use. This way you will minimise any bad influence.

Hope that helps.

Warmest Regards
