could you please explain if the missing corners on the upper floor of a house are as detrimental as missing corners on the ground floor

A missing corner is considered when more than 33% of the sector is missing when you view the house from the roof view. So normally if the missing corner is just on the top level, it is not really considered a missing corner as the bottom level still forms a complete square.
