As long the house faces any of the 4 good directions in your eight house, the house is deemed suitable to you. So given gua 7 is West group facing, so SW facing house is good for you.

If the house is built after 2004 (period 8 house), the SW facing will have very good feng shui luck compared to other facing direction, but several sectors will need to be balanced else health issues may arise.
