This question has been asked many times.

Basically, you should use the give and take method.

For breadwinner (yourself), ensure that the house facing is suitable to you so that you enjoy luck from the house facing.

For the rest of the family member, you should make sure the rooms are suitable for them to stay in. As they will be getting the luck more from the bedroom.

For husband and wife that have opposite Gua (Kua), the breadwinner takes a house facing that is favourable but try to avoid having the wife as death or disaster. And given the breadwinner have a better house facing, then he can give the wife a more suitable room and take on a room that is less suitable. However, should try to avoid death or disaster if possible.

If you follow this rules, it will be easy to make sure the house suits everybody.
