Posted October 5, 199925 yr Dear cecil,I read somewhere that if the main door is hit by poison arrow that one can use shinny brassknobs and a wide brass plate at the bottom of the door to reflect the sha if one is not able to get a pakua mirror. Is there any truth in this? Thanks.
Posted October 5, 199925 yr Staff Dear Anon,There is certainly truth in this practise. Thanks for pointing it out to everyone. The brass knob is akin to a convex surface which reflects out.In the past, before glass mirrors came out, brass `mirrors' were in use. This is another method of `deflecting' sha qi thou a `mild' form. What I mean by `mild' form is that it is considered a defensive method rather than offensive method. One can classify it as under the same category as the semi-circular carpet.Warmest Regards,Cecil Quote On 10/5/99 1:41:58 AM, Anonymous wrote:Dear cecil,I read somewhere that if themain door is hit by poisonarrow that one can use shinnybrassknobs and a wide brass plateat the bottom of the door toreflect the sha if one is notable to get a pakua mirror.
