Dear Sir,


Currently I'm staying in a house which is belong to my wife. The house title is in her name. Is it to say, that what ever we do on the house, it should be base on my wife ???

The more important question you should be asking, is who is actually paying for the house? You see a house may be registered under your wife, but if you are paying for the house and you are staying there. You are more likely the breadwinner for the house.


But if your wife is paying for the house, then it would be your wife as the breadwinner.
