Dear Anon,
San Sha is simply Triple Killing. That the 3 directions or mountain combines together and thus create an unfavarourable zone for any of the three locations.
Sui Po is Location in conflict with the Grand Duke. Which is located opposite of the Grand Duke.
Both of which are normally locations which are not in favourable terms with the Grand Duke.
