Posted March 6, 200817 yr Staff Dear Anon,More importantly, you should have completed your renovations on or after Chinese New Year 2004. In addition, if you had given your townhousea fresh coat of paint then the better. In addition, if your townhouse feels fresh and does not have too much clutter all over, then there is a very high likelyhood, that you home can be considered as more of a Period 8 home.Warmest Regards,Cecil
Posted March 6, 200817 yr Hello, Thank you so much for this site! My question is what period my home is...the home was built in 1978--I purhcased the home in October of 2003 and did major renovations (I think) this included (changing all the carpets to tiles and hardwood floors, changing all the bathroom fixtures, changing the kitchen floors, cabinets, counters, applicances, adding a bar and cutting out a wall in the kitchen. I live in a townhome so no exterior renovations were done to the house (only the inside that I mentioned)...and the roof was not touched. Please let me know if you would consider this a major renovation. Thank You!
