Usually, or symbolically, a mole on one's back (of the body) may be considered as a "burden". But a mole on one's chest is very common.


However, based on the concept: if it is not seen it is no longer a threat holds true! In the past, many people are concerned of moles especially at areas where it can be seen i.e. facial mole(s).


In my opinion, it is highly unlikely that removing a mole on one's check can change one's life directly. However, one cannot discount one's mood i.e. if removing a mole gives the person perhaps some "uplift" or hope, and is not dangerous or leave some scars.. then no harm.. trying, thou.
