These are some of the common notations on your case:-

1. Check your existing name or change of name:

Some go to the extend of checking one's existing "Mandarin" name to see if it would help to benefit a person if there is a change of name or not.

Here, I have mentioned that if one does not normally use one's "changed" name, then usually, not very practical to do so. For example, if we have a Christian name: of Christina, changing one's mandarin nameoften does not help in any way. Especially if the universal commerce language is English.

2. Under the Five elements concept, Fire fuels earth. Thus, there are varied interpretations such as going for a fire career or have more "fire" especially for a weak earth person.
