Can you please give me some advice. I live in an old renovated Spanish farm house, Since living here everything is going downhill at a rapid rate. All my money is disappearing to the point that in 6 months I will probably get repossessed. Another major issue for me is I am only 42 but have developed chronic Rheumatoid Arthritis to the point I have been hospitalised with the pain. My husband?s health has also deteriorated.
The front door is South East facing as are all the rooms as they all face the front of the house.
I have open countryside in front of the house & mountains behind. The land on which the house sits on is terraced (all the ground behind us goes up in terraces to the mountains) I also have a large pool which sits on the left side of the the property
I have been trying to sell this house for the past two years, but what ever we do just seems to go pear shaped.
Yours advice is much needed.

1. I hope you can understand that it is difficult for me with this general information to give you any advise.

2. Perhaps, you can check out for any practitioners in your area.

3. For a SE facing home, it also depends on the age of the home ( 1984 to 2003 = Period 7; 1964 to 1983 = Period 6 or earlier home). In addition, the individual layout of your home especially the bedroom / kitchen etc... has to be considered also.
