1. Technically, the best directions and meanings:-

1.1 Excellent : In general it refers to the best direction especially if it is the main door facing direction. Can also be a good direction for work or study.

1.2 Prosperity: Ideally, the best facing direction for work or study.

1.3 Generally, Health and Longevity are often the best facing direction for bed-head.

2. However, as abedroom or home is quite small, often,"facing" oneof these four directions is consdiered good-enough!

3. Traditonally, it should be taken from the centrepoint of areasonablesized home.And unlessone's home is like a palace where the bedroom is as large as an ordinary apartment, we should take from the centrepoint.

4. If you want to, you can still take the reading from the middle of the bedroom - if as mentionedit is pretty large bedroom. But if your bedroom is e.g. less than 600 sq, then suggested, take reading from centrepoint of the home.
