Hi Master,

need you advise, Understand that mirror facing the bed is not good. But what if my toilet door ( those with tampered glass in the middle one) facing the bed ? As it is rather reflective when the light is on.. it's like mirror? need advise. thanks

1. In my opinion, this concern with "mirror" facing one's bed originated from some comments that placing a TV set directly facing one's bed was not good.

2. As some FS practitioners felt that a TV's screen is much like a mirror facing the bed. The concern was that some FS practitioners say that when we sleep, our "spirit" wonders off our bed. As soon as they (the spirit) see's itself in the mirror, it gets a "shock"!

3. We can debunk this myth. The other side of the coin is what happens if the "spirit" wants to see itself in a mirror, check out it's look before wondering off? Furthermore, many new LCD screens are of matt material and relatively no reflection at all.

4. The idea that a mirror facing us, is akin to "hot or cold" continiuum. Some of us can literally eat very hot curry or chillies, but some of us cannot do so!

5. Thus some of us can sleep like a pig with mirrors surrounding our bed. While others (maybe they are too conscious or were scared by too many concerns with mirrors) may feel very uncomfortable.

6. Do ask yourself what is your "tolerance" level?

7. Some bedrooms, have purposely installed mirrors, even in the ceiling and even on wardrope cabinets. And even toilet doors!

8. The only way to avoid reflection on a toilet door is to install opaque film on the side facing the bed.

Hi Master,

Thanks for your reply. What i heard is mirror in the room facing the bed will cause 'affair' - makes it very crowded? Is there any truth to it ? Thanks

1. Frankly, the two most commonly cited cases of concern with illicit affairs are:

1.1 Having a water position to the right side of thedoor.
1.2 Having two stoves in a home

2. As the mirror, will still reflect TWO persons' logically, there is no "lamp-post" or a third party reflected in the mirror. Thus the concern is more of having a photo behind the bed with 3 persons on it. Otherwise, what you had mentioned is not commonly mentioned that reflects "affairs". More likely, the concern is of having bad dreams or nightmares!
