In general, match-making involves co-ordination and "growth" thus can come under "wood" element. Dating is a process of getting to know, and trying (hopefully) to build a permanent relationship. Thus, since it involves also "building" a relationship, it can also be considered under the "wood" element.


In a relationship, the act of quarrelling has to do with the "fire element".
