Are there any Feng Shui considerations in purchasing Antique furniture or items? Yes/ No/ May be?

There are instances where some people have purchased questionable antiques and after their purchase, these home owners mutted:-

"How come there seems to be another entity in our home"
"I can feel the presence of someone in our home"
"Oh dear, I seem to constantly get nightmares... "
"I heard someone... talking downstairs"
"Dear! This is the unteemp time you forgot to close the toilet door!"

" Middle of the night... heard: creak, croak, creak, croak, creak croak....

Yeah! I am returning to haunt YOU!
