Dear Ms. Lee,

May I seek your advise regarding a lot. It happens to be foreclosed by the bank and what I heard is there is also annulment of the couples marriage. Is it bad to buy this kind of lot where there is financial problem and marital problem. Or do you think there might be other factors like maybe a mirror facing the couples bed that cause them to separate and a water element where it is not suppose to be that is why there is financial problem? Will it still be advisable to buy this kind of lot with a history? Please advise.

Gratefully yours,

Willy

Dear Ms. Lee,

I'm sorry but maybe my computer has a problem and didn't get your advise regarding this matter. May I ask again what you advise. Is it ok to get a lot that has been foreclosed by the bank moreover has a history of matrital problem since couple seek annulment? Is it bad to buy this kind of lot where there is financial problem and marital problem. Or do you think there might be other factors like maybe a mirror facing the couples bed that cause them to separate and a water element where it is not suppose to be that is why there is financial problem? Gratefully always,

1. Based on the Situational Approach to Feng Shui, which states that no two situations (or homes) are exactly equal or the same. Thus, it depends!

2. Critically, all homes are also faced with the "time dimension" and "time dimension" is one consideration when we consider concerns like "financial distress" and "relationship issues".

3. For example, between 2002 to 2003, I had my fair share of review of homes with problems. Coincidentally, many of these homes have facing directions "North 1 to3" and NW homes also had many of such issues. Coincidentally, again, many who had been doing business were staying in Flying Star N1/2 and N3 homes etc..

4. In Singapore, nearly every month, I get clients who took the risk of purchasing homes that had problems you mentioned i.e. financial / bankruptcies and/or divorce!

5. Like yourself, the clients who had purchased such homes may or may not get "good returns" from the home. But for the "peace of mind", many of such clients employ 'us' (Feng Shui practitioners) to do a home audit. And use our guidiance e.g. locally, such things as First time open door, procedure, choosing good dates for start of renovations, move-in etc...

6. Frankly, from the many years of reviewing such homes; there are often more than 3 MAJOR leaks, or three strikes and the home is "dead"! (Death as in "financial problems" and relationships).

7. Thus I have always advocated two major Key success factors:-

and

Usually, if the above are properly reviewed, recommendations made, there should not be any major concern (in general) of such homes.
