    I am a beginner learner of feng shui. I am a little confused about how the different elements of feng shui or chinese astrology interact. I was born on 5th october, 1976at 10-20 pm in India. My kua numberis 9 and i think that makes me an east group person.I am also a fire dragon born in the pig hour , tiger day etc.My ba zi true element is strong metal. I think metal is associated with the west direction. In such an event, which direction should i put my head to sleep? Also by doing a flying star feng shui myself for my home, it seems that the south east corner of myhome is bad and same goes for the north sector of the house. But by my kua number, these directions are specified as auspicious. Which methodology should be given priority to determine my lucky directions. Could anyone advise? Also does one put in GMT to determine the birth hour or will the local time do?
