    Renovating houses

    Hello! And thank you very much for this wonderful site. I am in the course of buying a townhouse for major renovation. It feel really good about it! And I hope you can help me with the following: A).The house is facing W but the main door is in the NW. This is supposed to be good. Is it a good year to renovate? B).The previous owner had a misfortune and the property is foreclosed. How can I cleanse the place? C). The house is in the "T" junction of the driveway to the compound. Is placing bushes enough? D). The house has a creek behind it. A wall separates it. I plan to put bamboos? Any other suggestions? Thanks again ang more blessings to you
