    Initial Opening of Door for the first time

    i have doubt when should this be taking place "Initial Opening of Door for the first time"???? Do you mean after our 2nd Appointment with HDB where the 1st Owner has moved out & before we started our reno??? OR Do you mean after completion of our reno, like a ceremony for entering the new home?? Please adv further. 2ndly, we have just bought this house main door (looking out from inside the living room) is facing EAST, but we checked from your web on our most favourable direction is WEST. What should we do?? is there anyway to help? Thank you.
