    Buying a House Facing North East & Flag Lot

    Hello! Please Please Please advise.We would like to purchase our dream home however, the house is facing NorthEast which is the worst direction that leads to disaster and misfortune this year. The house is also a flag lot, and I've read that this would bring bad luck to a marriage. Is there anything we can do to fix this so we can buy the house and have a good year without misfortune? If we can't live in it this year, can we still purchase, renovate, and move in next year? THANK YOU!
