    Hi Master Lee, I have the same situation wherein there is a water closet above the dining table. The only difference is that the developer built a load bearing , waterproof, protective concrete flooring in between the toilet sewerage pipes and my ceiling. The height difference of the toilet floor to my apartment floor is 5.50 meters. The protective floor is built 0.80 meter below the toilet. Is this okay? JJerome
