Conflict with colleagues
Dear Yuki, 1. This issue is currently too `complex' to pinpoint on which theory can be effectively be used to help you as very little is known. 2. Even if full audit is done, it may not necessay help, as human relations are complex subjects even, Organizational Behaviour specialists (Human Resource) are still looking into. 3. Another situation is the Human Relations concept of `peer pressure'. In Organisation Behaviour studies, it was found that collagues use peer pressure to get their colleagues to `conform' (if they can). Here, if a `worker' can do more work than others, in time, he or she conforms to the group by working at the same speed. The above, may or may not be true for all occupations etc... Some of these are documented cases such as the Hawthorne experiments etc... For example, if one is too hardworking and outshines others, your colleagues may feel `threatened'. Thus, most likely `back stabbing occurs'. Warmest Regards, Cecil P.S. above are my personal opinions through previous studies on OB etc.. thus, there are many, more concepts etc...

How can feng shui help with legal issues?
Dear Anon, 1. Please email to : robert-lee@geomancy.net for a Flying Star credit. 2. You can try to use the Flying Star suggestions in the report to neutralise any bad sectors. More importantly, it is best for you to do some `leg work' by using the compass to locate the direction and generate a report. 3. Do check the report closely, for such things as Eight-One Combination Explanation [9] & [3] - Lawsuits, gossips, disputes struggle. 4. As we are currently helping a few users who also face problems, do, try to read up the suggestions provided in our report. 5. And if you need clarifications, please let us know. 6. The Flying star, if properly done and if `Lawsuit' areas (if it appears) are fixed, it would be good. 7. Any other imbalances should also be fixed. 8. Equally, you should also look for any poison arrows aimed at the main door etc... 9. Do not use too many `cures' as it causes imbalances. 10. We can only help you improve the situation but FS is not a cure all, or catch all situation. 11. Other factors include, the luck period or timing under Pillars of Destiny which we have not covered here. Good Luck! Warmest Regards, Cecil

Servant's quarters etc.
Dear Miu Kwan, Please see below:- 1. Under Eight House Theory, `Irritation line' as it suggest is minor as compared to `death or disaster' sectors. 2. If there are no serious problems, especially health, you may if you want to `skip' Flying Star analysis. 3. Symbollically, in my opinion, it is still best to use the main entrance. Rather than become a `servant' yourself when using the back door. 4. Another "controversy" is that if the main door (frontage) is opposite the backdoor, it makes no sense to call the back door (facing the backyard) the main entrance. Here, removing the house number, to place at the back door, is not a `logical solution'. 5. The Eight House theory, is not `fixed' template Feng Shui. Fixed template `suggestions' include enhancing the sector or that sector. 6. Unfortuantely some Traditional Feng Shui authors may also, in my opinion, `miss' the point. 7. To some of these authors, if your e.g. romance corner at SW is the toilet, Hey!, don't worry, you can always have `mini' or `sub-mini' SW corners sprouting all over the home. For example, in the study, place something romantic at the SW of the study table. And or place, something else in the SW of the bedroom etc... 8. The Eight House Theory is not meant to be mini sub-components. The Eight House Theory is based on TIME SPENT at a sector. Thus, it would be advantages to spent more time at your good sectors. Secondly, it is also said that one can `benefit' by facing a good direction. This is secondary. If the prosperity sector is at the toilet, that's it. Thus would it be logical for one to find an excuse, to spent more time at the toilet? What could be worse to move the study table or office table and lean it against the toilet bowl for support? *JOKE* Does the above make sense? Warmest Regards, Cecil

Health and Your Front Entrance
Dear Susan, Please see below:- If you have a layout plan it would be much easier to give you proper advise. There is a conference for attachments for this. I understand, you have applied for help under our token, audit for `hardship' case. Robert will give you the necessary credit for this. For those, who have problems, is advisable to use more professional tools as it usually will help to analyse the situation in a more `scientific' way. A layout plan would help us locate the main door. If you have previously, consulted any practitioners and had been given advise on purchasing `stuffs' to hang, it is adviseable to remove them totally. From many past cases, it is best to go back to `zero' base, or to the previous state, first. Take care! Warmest Regards, Cecil

How important is the door of the main door
Dear Anon, In Traditional Feng Shui:- 1. The main door is important as it is like the `mouth' of the house. 2. The main important thing here is that the main door, must be "protected". "The mouth must not be hurt". For example, if a sharp corner of another building points to the house, it is known as Sha Qi or poison arrows. Other common arrows include, a single lamp post that slices the main door (tangent to it). Here, if one stands at the main door and looks out of the house, the object e.g. a lamp post should not slice the main door. 3. Besides, the main door, the frontage e.g. windows, should also be `protected' from some of the harm as mentioned above. 4. Traditional Feng Shui does not use `fixed' template theories. Thus, the mention that the main door energy gets confused ... etc.. is difficult to `prove'. 5. Shapes and Form Feng Shui is important, from the point of view of the external of the house and (later) position of the furniture. 6. It is best to `give' up the idea of career sector, relationship sector... 7. As mentioned above, and also the fact that how much we would want to go into Feng Shui. 8. If one simply only wants to use the more `basic' Feng Shui, go for Shapes and Form Techniques. 9. Even if the main door is closed or has a second door, outside, e.g. a grille, this is still acceptable. Here, one do not expect to open the door all the time: Yet, how does Qi comes in? 10. Thus the frontage of the house or other windows, does allow Qi to flow in. It is the nature of windows etc.. that Qi can also come in. 11. For more advanced techniques at looking at a house, the Flying Star theory is still the most important. This `magical' mathematics, is still the most accurate for identifying problems and providing `enhancements' (if there are such as activating the water or mountain star). 12. Thus, it is best to differentiate `Kindergarten' Feng Shui such as `Fixed Templates'. These theories can be discounted totally. Some have no basis in Feng shui. Warmest Regards, Cecil

- Landscape question.
Dear Steven, Generally, it is very difficult to comment based on a few characters of the English language, as there are many variants or terminology used. Perhaps, if you can later recall, some of the characteristics, this may help. Some Chinese Feng Shui methods, may not be accurate because, in the past, it was said that a certain Chinese emperor, planted falsehood, while selfishly kept the `real secrets' with him etc... Thus, not all literature, even in the past may be used. Warmest Regards, Cecil Thank- Pair of wooden hands in recieving position
Dear Anon, Apologies, are the hands pointing towards the sky (vertical upwards) or level i.e. horizonal position? Warmest Regards, Cecil- I am hired as a Wind Chime sales executive!
This chap, got a job just by wearing a hat:)- Buried dead cat in wrong spot?
Dear Carolyn, Then this is acceptable especially if you have a reasonable sized plot of backyard:) Warmest Regards, Cecil- Excessive noise and the fengshui
Dear Anon, Usually, it would not be inauspicious, unless it is particulary, at the sector, diagonal to the room i.e. if there are road works carried outside the house, it may create some `disturbance' e.g. health problems for some. This is particularly, more evident, in cases where the Grand Duke location has been distrubed. http://www.geomancy.net/fs/duke.htm Warmest Regards, CecilSponsored Link Account
