A central rubbish collection centre / rubbish bin collection point 8.2. Power Sub-station. Every development usually has one or more of these depending on the size of the development. 8.3. Design of club-house roof-lines / trellis / gazebo / pavilion. Are the designs a "threat" e.g. with spikes or like a razor's edge? Usually these are aimed towards lower storeys. 8.4. Any poison arrows in the form of a sharp corner of another block of neighbouring stack aimed towards one's balcony (hard to cure) or towards one's windows (if any) 8.5. Location of areas like BBQ pits and any impact e.g. the smell from these pits towards a unit.. especially low storeys such as #01 or #02 first or second storeys 8.6. Any tree trunk aimed towards a lower unit e.g. #01 or #02. Unfortunately it may be too late; especially if the development is under construction. 9. There are lots more considerations... 9.1. MEMORIES of PASIR RIS Going Back in Time Pasir Ris, formerly known as "Passier Reis", dates back to 1844 in land surveyor John Turnbull Thomson's map. The name probably came from the Malay words 'pasir' (long sand') and 'hiris' (to shred') referring to the white sandy beaches. A single-door bus I used to ply between Tampines and Pasir Ris. The Worker's Brigage, formed in 1959 and officially opened by Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew 2 on 14 May 1960, was Singapore's "army without guns" and provided employment, food and lodging to the youth. It was disbanded in 1984. The mosaic and terrazzo elephant playground 3 which was built in the former Telecoms (known as Singtel) chalet complex is now within the Heritage let. Pasir Ris Beach was a seaside resort for sea recreational activities. The nearby Pasir Ris Hotel 4 was popular for parties and picnics. It was opened on 17 May 1952 at 143 Elias Road and was used exclusively by the British Air Force personnel and their families. The Golden Palace Holiday Resort 5 was an 11-acre resort which was a fishing and boating pond and is still at the same location where the present day fishing pond is. Loyang Tua Pek Kong Temple 6 is a multi-faith temple and enshrines deities from Taoism, Buddhism, Hinduism, including the Malayan deity Datuk Kong. The temple dates back to the 1980s and was moved to its current location after a fire destroyed it in 1996. Last but not least - the feathered 'residents' 0 of the beach are still making the park their home even up to this day.

Ordered the $5/-. They also have the $4/- medium. Must say the chilli sauce is one of the best. Generous amounts of it. What attracted me to this stall was when I passed by someone eating it. And can smell the wonderful aroma of the sauce. However a let down was the fish balls, can tell is factory made. And tastes like it.

But usually more to do with some FS Masters who are religious inclined. Maybe the SW or NE sector or NW sector of the house.... if in doubt and since the market now is flooded with more rental flats.. look elsewhere
