Under Chinese metaphysics, one possible explanation is that the mattress was “set” or placed at an unsuitable date and time. This is known as a “software” problem. Sometimes I call it a “Bill Gates” or “Microsoft problem,” especially if one has continuous dreams or nightmares. The advice here is to remove the mattress, for example before 8 a.m. on a full moon day in the morning, and then in the evening, before 8 p.m., place the mattress back.
