From today (year 2021) lease is now around 50 plus remaining. This is a quaint estate and directly south of the Lian Shauang Lin Monastery divided by the PIE. Okay, Know what you are thinking…spirits have a “hard time crossing this PIE”.. this no worries about it. LOL Visited client who just sold their terrace home. As they are going to move instead into a freehold terrace home for a discussion on this new home… One of these homes is an Indian temple for many years already. Even before my client moved to this estate. For example Blocks like 38…44, 45, 46, 47…64.. 65 are the terraced homes two storey’s high. These three photos are that of the Indian temple, the corner unit at Block 45 - closest to Block 33 / 43: Another plot at Block 45: Below: Block 33 and 34. They are just neighbouring blocks…
