Fixated is preferred. Usually. If this fixed panel can be differentiated eg. with an Opaque glass or opaque film.
In my opinion, it’s not perfect. But given that this is a sizeable development of 782 units, like what you mentioned, there can still be good units within this development. In general, stacks #344 and #346 are the better of the above four.
A few days ago, started to watermark my collection of Sire Maps / Site Plans for many older developments. Found that I had at least close to 800 plus of these Site Maps. Thus, during my spare time; have started to post them in this forum.
Recently , an Agent wrote to me to see if I have the site map of Parc Oasis and Heritage view….
