The Linq @ Beauty World by BBR Holdings + Can a unit have several possible facing directions? + Okay to open front door to a blank wall? - Which units are lucky?
Case Study 1: Can I rely on the North marking on the Site plan? 1. The outlines of the blocks and the plot are not depicted on street maps such as streetdirectory.com and onemap.sg. 2. I successfully aligned the boundary lines of both the Sales brochure Site Plan with the streetdirectory map. 3. From a comprehensive 360-degree perspective, this development is categorized within Flying Stars N1 and S1, with the potential that certain stacks or units may or may not be included within E1 or W1. (I have yet to thoroughly analyze the various layout plans.) P.S. I extend my gratitude to the same kind individual (who forwarded Forett and this) for also sharing the Huttons floor plans with me. I am aware that Huttons specializes in niche sales within the broader real estate sector. (I previously purchased a boutique condominium where Huttons acted as the sole agent. LOL).

These are some considerations: 1. Yes, indeed not everything is Feng Shui. 2. Please note that Feng Shui is about the Earth Luck of a home. Feng Shui is about the external surroundings, the site, the landform, the home. 3. Whether you choose to believe in the Chinese Luck system; the Chinese luck system consists of three forms of luck:- https://www.geomancy.net/forums/topic/13967-the-holy-trinity-of-chinese-luck-system/?tab=comments#comment-29505 4. What you are asking is really not about Ba Zi (Heaven Luck) and Feng Shui (Earth Luck). 5. Not sure you choose to believe in the third category of luck: Human or Man Luck. 6. One way of looking at it is that you have already found out so many negative comments on the placement of such a sword in a home! 6.1. Thus, don't you think that your personal concerns and know-that such comments often unsettle a person. Thus even if you hear someone say no issue go ahead. But there are like 10 others that say it is a NO-NO. 6.2. How would you still feel, if you have visitors to your home and majority tells you it i bad luck...etc... 7. Therefore, frankly, this has nothing whatsoever to do with Feng Shui. As not every single thing revolves under Feng Shui. 8. You should look elsewhere ... as in Human or Man luck factors. 9. Some follow their heart if you really, really want to place one in your home. 10. In some past forum messages other kinds of placement e.g. Can I install a ceiling fan also have both positive and negative responses. 11. There are so many similar Can or cannot situations such as Can I place a TV in my bedroom etc...- Blossoms @ Woodleigh No. 10, 12 Woodleigh Close - Is my unit still lucky or Can or Cannot Buy?

Quote from Benjamin Franklin: "Out of adversity comes opportunity." An opportunity for... An exoskeleton for standard face mask...Bought this at an outdoor seller outside Clementi Central, near Fragrance Ba Kwa Shop. Price for five plastic face mask plastic skeletons is $10/- a bundle. However a lady shouted out... bought from this same thing "from you" for $8/- a few days earlier. Cheap plastic.. thus I suppose the unit cost for one could easily be just a few cents... (A case of super normal profits.) Above: Please note that I happen to be at Starbucks. And not sold, here. LOL Comes with small micro Velcro’s to allow this plastic frame to adhere to a face mask. Found it not necessary as it was able to stay in place. But do remember not to remove it at public areas in case it falls off the mask and towards the floor... Used it, functional and reasonably comfortable. Especially for Long hours... Can breathe easier and the face mask no longer hug the skin Nor smell the face mask.. Opportunity... Case Study 4: Flying Star Feng Shui of Tampines GreenGlade 1. Based on the Sales Brochure, the Expected Completion Date (ECD) of this development is 3rd Quarter 2023. If so, this development's Feng Shui falls under Period 8 Flying Stars. 2. Due to it's close to 360 degrees Block design, there are many different facing directions: NE3, E3, S3 and NW3. 3. Under the Eight House Concept, East Group more inclined towards: E3 and S3. While West Group = NE3 and NW3 facing directions. 3.1. Workings:- 4. However, under House Hunting, Feng Shui also looks at external factors and for internal factors:-- HDB Tampines GreenGlade [ Green Glade ] BTO launched in November 2020 + Case Study 6 - Can some units front door face the common bins? - Is my unit still lucky?
Case Study 3: The three BTO developments launched in August 2020 are the first few on this cleared land. More to come. 1. To Tampines Greenglade's blocks 660A and 660B is a site reserved for a school. 2. 1. Many Feng Shui Masters with lineage in Singapore are a glorified Feng Shui Store in disguise. 2. They give Feng Shui a bad name. 3. Ask: "Must I buy from YOU?"- Toilet Center of house bad fengshui
1. Yes, technically the toilet CAN be considered at the centrepoint of the unit:- 2. A consolation is that at least, it is not the WC. 3. Often, one concern or issue does not "sink a ship". 4. It Depends! Hopefully this unit is not at the bottom rung of the bell curve. 5. Case Study: Do you know that even if a geomancer says that the site is excellent, all sites are govern by the concept of the Bell Curve 5.1. Remember, even if a geomancer says that this is a good development. However, a good unit also depends on where it is within the development: 5.2. Is your potential unit under the Good, the Bad or the Ugly? 5.3. Often if one is lucky, even if the unit is not so fantastic superficially. Some units are like an unpolished gem. While others unfortunately may be a hopeless rotten apple. 5.3.1. Just imagine, if the unit is like a 10 year old rundown 1,000 cc car. Even a good Feng Shui Master is unable to turn it into a good unit! 6. By the way, (above) this falls under Habit Number 11. 7. Under Habit 1, one possibility is by ranking one's bedroom type by stack/unit: 1st choice, 2nd choice etc... Case Study 15: Potential Poison arrow from external sha qi 1. Hopefully the landscape company contracted to plant trees in this development places trees with a trunk facing the separation wall of a unit's bedrooms/living room instead of facing one of it's windows. 2. In this artist drawing, the two specific tree's tree trunk rise up to three storeys high. 3. However, a mature palm tree trunk could rise higher than that. 4. Unfortunately this is out of one's control as it is the external environment. 5. And only time will tell when one proudly collects keys to a new home.- The Penrose by CDL - Which units are lucky?
Case Study 14: 3-Bedroom Premium Type (3Y) b1/b - Yard Toilet sink clash with stove 1. This is a clash of fire (stove) and water (sink-TAP). 2. The easiest remedy is to just close this toilet door when not in use. 3. There will be some who convert this toilet / at WC to place a washing machine. But hopefully a standard 60cm by 60cm front loading type or top loading type can be placed in this tiny toilet. 4. There are some who may consider converting this toilet into a small store. 4.1. But do take note that the ceiling for this yard toilet is low. Thus not much can be stored. 4.1.1. If the WC has been removed and the sewerage pipe hole has not been properly capped, often 3 years later.. there can be a distinct aroma or rather stench coming from this toilet. LOL 4.1.2. In theory, one can expect to waive the conservancy charges for this toilet WC. As the utility bill counts how many toilet one's home has. 5. In theory, the stove faces a toilet and technically still considered as a clash. Even if the sink/sink tap does not do so. And only a slight portion of the front of the WC seat is visible: 5.1. If one feels uncomfortable with it can simply close the toilet door when not in use.- The Penrose by CDL - Which units are lucky?
Case Study 13: 3-Bedroom Premium Type (3Y) a1/a - Stove does not clash with the WC Stove's backing is part of the HS shelter wall.- The Penrose by CDL - Which units are lucky?
Case Study 12: Views towards the PIE side 1. The Nexus International School recently became operational. 2. Thus lower floors do expect to see the school. 3. While higher floors should be able to see towards Macpherson Primary School; currently two vacant plots before North East Building and Performance Building. 4. For high floors of South facing units, if lucky can see beyond Stadium and Fort Road...- The Penrose by CDL - Which units are lucky?
Case Study 11: Flying Star Feng Shui of The Penrose 1. It is good to learn that the developer has made an effort by placing the MSCP parallel to PIE. 2. In fact, it's neigbhour = Sims Urban Oasis's MSCP's creepers (plants) have grown so well - pleasant sight plus also should help in reducing a small percentage of decibel noise. 3. Hopefully the developer CDL also include sound reduction baffles as found in many new condos such as found at The Visionaire. 4. If possible, please do install better insulation glass panels for such stacks/units. Human wise, and for practical reasons, still cannot run away with traffic noise from PIE. Reference: Extract of article from The Visionaire EC:- Extracts from The Visionaire on this specific subject matter:- Blocks such as 186 have balconies installed with sound proofing properties. As one of the main culprit is the balcony ceiling reflecting noise especially from MRT tracks into the home. Further good news is that new generation trains are less noisy. Next time if one sees this: do understand that it is meant to reduce/absorb the magnified noise bouncing onto the balcony ceiling this magnifying the traffic noise. This these ceilings are not only for decorative purposes but for the above mentioned purposes. A completely flat surface echos sounds that travel in a straight line. From now onwards, the government placed a restriction of every unit with a maximum of 15% balconies to total unit floor area. In addition, some development comes with thicker noise reduction glass panels. Some high end one comes with dual ply glass panels. P.S. In the Clementi Canopy, the developer also installed sound baffles for specific units facing the AYE also. - HDB Dakota Breeze BTO launched in May 2017 - Is my unit lucky?
