With rising temperatures globally and in Singapore, the climate is becoming increasingly hotter... leading to a tendency for family members to become irritable.... it’s just common sense, lah. 6. Many individuals who have previously lived in homes that receive “afternoon sun” will often seek to avoid such residences if possible. 7. To be frank, none of these aspects are directly linked to Feng Shui. Frankly if you do have doubts, (real or unreal) many others also will also have such concerns. Thus, in the Long term, when want to go for a resale, may have issues.. similar with your doubts.

Higher floors preferred especially for stacks 01, 02, 09, 10, 11 and 12 that are closer to Dunearn Road

Nothing beats a permanent unobstructed sea view for South facing units. As this development is between the ECP/East Coast Park and the sea! Northerly or land facing side also is acceptable.. quite and facing landed properties a plenty. If not for it's proximity to the ECP, would have gotten Five stars. A Tower block has generally good Shapes and Forms as qi (wind) can flow all round the block. The only thing is some people (including myself) really don't like afternoon sun units... if you get the drift.. LOL

This freehold development consists of a single block 25 storeys high. High floors preferred due to it's proximity to the East Coast Parkway. But then, units facing East Coast Park has a birds eye view of the sea.
