  1. 1. Frankly, if you already have some doubts about it, equally there are many others who would have do so. 2. Thus even if it there is no issue, will or may affect your future resale value of this potential unit. 3. You can use the Search feature on "petrol stations" and these are some of them:- 4. There is a write-up on petrol station fumes beside this development:- 5. Previously had also posted a local article of the concern of a remote (not so common) leaking of underground tank(s) in a petrol station... 6. If in doubt, skip it... especially low floors and if wind blowing the fume vapours such as during vehicles pumping petrol / diesel on a daily basis...
  2. Some observations regarding the afternoon sun:- 1. The greenhouse effect leads to heat accumulation, which frequently penetrates the walls. 2. Children typically attend school in the morning but return home around noon. Adults often work in cooler environments. Many cannot afford to use air conditioning for the children. 3. Individuals of Asian descent generally possess darker skin, which reduces the risk of skin cancer despite increased exposure to UV rays. We Chinese have yellow skin, while other races have a brownish hue, which can be considered a hidden advantage. 4. When a master bedroom wall or the walls of living rooms and bedrooms absorb afternoon sunlight, they may continue to radiate heat even at 8 or 9 PM... just imagine that.... 5. With rising temperatures globally and in Singapore, the climate is becoming increasingly hotter... leading to a tendency for family members to become irritable.... it’s just common sense, lah. 6. Many individuals who have previously lived in homes that receive “afternoon sun” will often seek to avoid such residences if possible. 7. To be frank, none of these aspects are directly linked to Feng Shui. However, if after relocating, an individual asserts... there is an issue with the Feng Shui of my house, especially since we seem to be arguing constantly! Does this then qualify as Feng Shui or not? Plus also Case Study 1 of this resource:
  3. This flow chart shows that there are two methods: The above is extracted from here:- If you have further questions, feel free to contact me at +65 97853171
  4. I sincerely hope to do it. As nowadays just too many cases to prepare and lots, lots discussions...
  5. #SGBlooms2019 We’re seeing more showers of flowers in various colours! Swipe left to see blooms from the Bougainvillea, Tiger Orchid, Trumpet Tree, Yellow Saraca, Cat Claw Ivy, Bintangor Bunut, Malayan Crape Myrtle, Sandpaper Vine, Common Sterculia, and Pink Mempat. ???? Share what you’ve spotted around Singapore as well. Don’t forget to mark them as “flowering” in our www.trees.sg interactive portal.
  6. If don’t see, it is implied, thanks! Just too many developments.
  7. Yes stack 183 has afternoon sun. No, the kitchen is not at NW for this stack.
  8. OK thanks. Fingers cross n hopefully can get the unit on coming tueday. Then can invite u to my new flat??
  9. Frankly if you do have doubts, (real or unreal) many others also will also have such concerns. Thus, in the Long term, when want to go for a resale, may have issues.. similar with your doubts.
  10. Case Study: Targeted marketing + enterprising in that "Can I help you with anything? Yes! Anything!" 1. Spotted this advertising flyer. 2. Marketing 101: a flyer that try to capture all! 3. Since you have just taken keys to your new HDB home. 4. This flyer is unable to do business with you on this level. 5. But wait! The flyer says.. "Can I at least help sell your existing home?" 6. Erh? No? 7. How about I Recommened a renovations contractor? Other services? Can, can, can?
  11. Case Study 5: Fortunately, Although I have a hungry mouth, it is not facing towards any unit. LOL [As under symbolism in Feng Shui, it is inauspicious for such a mouth facing our home.]
  12. In September 2019, HDB launched Punggol Point Crown nearby to this development. Here is a link to this new BTO site:-
  13. Punggol Point Cove was actually launched in August 2018. This is considered as re-offered balance flats:- The link for HDB Punggol Point Cove is as follows:- https://www.geomancy.net/forums/topic/16761-hdb-punggol-point-cove-bto-launched-in-august-2018-do-you-know-that-the-architect-for-this-development-loves-fishes-no-kidding/?tab=comments#comment-36780

  16. Higher floors preferred especially for stacks 01, 02, 09, 10, 11 and 12 that are closer to Dunearn Road
  17. Nothing beats a permanent unobstructed sea view for South facing units. As this development is between the ECP/East Coast Park and the sea! Northerly or land facing side also is acceptable.. quite and facing landed properties a plenty. If not for it's proximity to the ECP, would have gotten Five stars. A Tower block has generally good Shapes and Forms as qi (wind) can flow all round the block. The only thing is some people (including myself) really don't like afternoon sun units... if you get the drift.. LOL
  18. This freehold development consists of a single block 25 storeys high. High floors preferred due to it's proximity to the East Coast Parkway. But then, units facing East Coast Park has a birds eye view of the sea.
  19. Hi Master Lee, does the plants in the garden in front of my house affect anything? It's not on the front door side. My mum say bad Feng Shui ? Reply: The lipstick palm is inauspicious because snakes can hide behind its many many "trunks" that's all.
