Frankly, in Singapore, architects/designers seldom make the same mistake as in this kitchen layout plan of placing the sink directly facing the stove. 2. My proposal is for the purchaser or if possible, get a few purchasers of this layout design to write to the developer on behalf of all "affected" units to move the sink towards B. Given that table B has a wider width. If so, I am confident that based on the above, it is feasible. 3. In the past, I seen many clients from other developments are able to communicate with their developer on some minor changes. For example, this year, a client did not want to wall-up their store-room. The developer was happy to oblige. Since they even save money by not installing the dry wall for that area! 3.1. As it "affects" three stacks get the developer to get some changes done. I am sure, the rest of your potential neighbours would be glad that this is done. (Whether they know it or not does not matter... Lol) 4. Main entrance signage installed on 15.11.2019. T.O.P. expected in about one month. Subsidiary Proprietor (SP) Owner says: Let’s hope 100 palm trees are planted here! Developer’s Representative: What? Who said there would be 100 palm trees? Are you serious? SP: Really? There won’t be 100 palm trees? Developer: Do you not understand English? Developer: We promised 100 palms, but what we actually meant is there will be 100 palm motifs— not actual trees! Developer: Even the gate has a palm symbol next to the words "100 Palms." All blocks and units also feature these palm motifs! So far, that's 11 palm motifs—only 89 more to go.

Fortunately not many of these... as one photo shows the edge is slicing towards one home:- Below... no threat...as the sign slices towards the edge of the home... phew

All the lamp posts are on the even number side of the development. It is noticeable that some of the lamp posts are like Sha Qi or poison arrows slicing towards an opening... These Two homes are safe as the lamp post slices towards the boundary of these two homes...phew!
