This is my previous copy of High Oaks site plan showing the sharp corners of stacks.... For example stacks #23 #27 #32 #35 & #39 may be a potential arrow if it is aimed towards an opening at Daintree Residences window(s) or balcony openings. Another condition is that it cannot be a threat if it is miles away. But since the High Oaks and Daintree Residences are in close proximity..it thus satisfies the condition of a "threat".
