HDB City Vue @ Henderson - Which units are lucky today?
Photos taken today Client says: “It’s a pretty long six (6) years waiting..” Developer says: “No choice.. all internal partition walls are solid prestressed concrete.. that’s why! Quality never comes fast or quick!”

Spice @ Spices Redhill Market Indian curry spices especially their chicken & fish curry spice mix
Spice @ Spices Location: Redhill Market #01-89 closed on Mondays (like today) Mum says their powdered spice mixes many times better than that of Geylang Serai market.. Furthermore can keep in the fridge for couple of months when needed. Operating usually from the mornings to around 2pm plus. Understand from the elderly couple running the stall that it was his former mother’s-in-law stall like around for I believe 70 or more years! For dry ingredients: $1 or $2 per packet..

Eunos Market & Hawker Centre a few minutes walk from new Parc Esta condo
Epok Epok Central closed today. Location as shown roughly by the yellow arrow Reopened on another day. A simple $2/- nasi lemak meal Their chilli is just right (Malaysian style) well balanced not too sweet and “light”. Key to this stall’s nasi lemak. Looks spicy.. but really none at all..

Eunos Market & Hawker Centre a few minutes walk from new Parc Esta condo
Handmade fishball noodles. They made their fishballs within the stall every operating days. Once sold out, usually by 1pm; the stall is closed. Their speciality is a half-piece of Tau-pok filled with fishball meat. Location as shown in the first thread as a blue arrow. Can request for extra spicy...like what I always do... $3/- standard or $4/- large. This was the $3/- flat rice noodles. My usual thin noodles sold out at12pm today. Another visit to the stall. Their special is half a tau-Pok stuffed with fish cake $4/- mee pok, spicy plus if we add the small red chillies... great! A simple comfort food:-

More:- Casa Al Mare at Loyang (This is in Italian. In English translated as "Beach House") - Which units are lucky?
Hope I have better luck now! I forced the developer to change a new name. The developer has renamed my girlfriend's home to "CASA AL CAVALLO!" OH NO! NOT AGAIN! This time HORSE means "CAVALLO!" in Italian! *FAINT*- Casa Al Mare at Loyang (This is in Italian. In English translated as "Beach House") - Which units are lucky?
My girlfriend stays at "Casa Al Horse.. sorry I mean Casa Al MARE!" My sign is a RAT. And my geomancer told me that RAT's worst pairing is a "MARE" I mean an adult female horse! "Stop horsing around! I waited at your main gate for nearly 3 hours already!"- Casa Al Mare at Loyang (This is in Italian. In English translated as "Beach House") - Which units are lucky?
Part 2: The site of Casa La Mare in 1966: In 1966, the site where Casa La Mare sits on can be considered as virgin land. This site was midway between Kampong Loyang to it’s East and Pasir Ris Hotel at it’s NW. Pasir Ris Village was at it’s 8’oclock. The Hotel is no more today.- Casa Al Mare at Loyang (This is in Italian. In English translated as "Beach House") - Which units are lucky?
Part 1: Sales Brochure Resources Casa Al Mare's in English is simply translated as “Beach House." Do you know this development’s name in Italian simply means = Beach House. (Since it makes sense given that indeed it will be close to the beach.) What if the developer had used “Casa La Mare” instead? It will then literally means “House the sea” or more appropriately = House by the sea. Next time if someone comes to you and makes fun of this development's name. Tell them instead that "Mare" DOES NOT mean an adult FEMALE horse that is more than four years old. Else it would instead be called a Filly if it is below four years old. Imagine "Casa Al Filly" hahahaha.. Anyway, one really does not need to understand Italian to buy the place right. All it takes is $$$xxxxxxx. The main entrance faces both the main entry to the public carpark (beside downtown) & the Pasir Ris Park. Even today, some people are still not comfortable with a unit directly above the swimming pool.. And in I-Ching, it implies "difficulty"...- Parc Esta At Sims Avenue by MCL Land (formerly enbloc Eunosville)

Revisited the waybackmachine.com = an independent site. And a summary confirmation of the audit trail showing clear evidence of the start of Geomancy.net in 1998:-- Eunos Market & Hawker Centre a few minutes walk from new Parc Esta condo
Eunos Market & Hawker Centre was burned down and rebuilt in the past. Trivia: Do you know that other than Geylang Serai Food Centre, Eunos Hawker Centre has the 2nd most non-Chinese stalls in Singapore. Over-heard one lady staying in Eunos Crescent that there were really few if any good food stalls in the Eunos Market & Hawker Centre. Most likely, her taste was for Chinese food. She commented that she missed many stalls located at the Marine Crescent market and Food centre which was closed till next year for refurbrishment. We lined up at the few popular "Hand made Fish Ball stall" as shown in the Blue arrow: Green arrow shows a popular roti prata store. Their roti prata gravy is thick and flavourful. The stall below in RED arrow also popular for their roti prata. Plus if you are shopping for a unit at Parc Esta, can try their authentic mee goreng which still have bits of meat, green chillies, and green beans.. Roughly at the Yellow arrow is a stall that still sells their "$2 nasi lemark = try their crispy ikan billis and tasteful sambal chilli that goes with it. Not too sweet.. just nice. Cannot say much else for other stalls which are just so so.- Geomancy.net via Waybackmachine.com: Shows one of the oldest Feng Shui resource Internationally - if not the oldest with documented history of 1st forum postings as far back as 1998's still available to read
