In some cases, either the potential new buyers and or their Feng Shui masters would share the same concern of the main door with a view of the central rubbish bin = as for stack #63.

Given that in the past some plots were situated on burial grounds or a market where slaughtering of live stocks took place. 3. Montreal Dale is just a 800 metres from the heart of Chong Pang. 3.1 Then Chong Pang was predominantly popular with the Chinese. 3.2 As well as many of the roads within Sembawang like Canberra etc.. got it's name from the British. 3.3. As British had a naval base at Sembawang. 3.4 Even "Naval Base Secondary School" got it's name from this former British heritage.
