- This piece of land is rated Five (5) Stars!
Nowadays, electrical appliances have ratings e.g. 1 to 5 star (ticks) rating. Cars also have safety ratings also from 1 to 5. What if properties have Feng Shui ratings? Check out this developer...- Five Elements Concept: Wind considered as one of the elements?
Five Elements Concept: Wind considered as one of the elements? No. Although Wind is considered as one of the two higher-level concept of: Wind + Water. "Thus much higher in status than Metal, Water, Wood, Fire or Earth...- Case Study: Is it inauspicious for the dining table to face the main entrance door?
1. In my view, there are several factors to take into account: 2. In this scenario, the primary concern is the orientation of the main door in relation to the dining area. 2.1. This issue is more related to societal perceptions rather than Feng Shui principles. 2.2. For instance, if the main door opens directly towards the dining table while meals are being consumed, it may raise privacy concerns as passersby could observe the family eating. This is why the notion of having a partition between the main door and dining table has emerged. 2.3. Another important aspect is ensuring that the main door does not open directly towards the living room windows or balcony. In such cases, closing the windows, using panels, or installing curtains can be considered. 2.4. Additionally, it is a matter of common sense and creating a positive first impression. If the first thing visible upon entering is a messy dining table, it may be advisable to have a partition in place. 3. Notably, in this layout, the kitchen's glass panel does not face the main door. This design choice ensures that the internal workings of the kitchen, such as the sink and utensils, are not in plain view. So, what is the issue here? 4. Please refer to the illustration below: 4.1 The suggested partition in Feng Shui symbolism is positioned precisely in the center, with the "blade" of the partition resembling a knife dividing the living room into two equal halves. 4.2 It is recommended that any partition installed should ideally be waist high and above, and not completely airtight. Additionally, it is important to ensure that from the sofa, there is a clear view of the main door. 4.3. The partition that is not air-tight is designed to enable individuals seated at the dining table to maintain situational awareness of the main entrance door area. This allows a family member, for instance, to engage in conversation with someone at the main door or to be alerted if someone is attempting to tamper with the main door lock.- Can Bedroom Door open into Living Room? A new freehold site by Tuan Sing on former commercial office spaced known as Hillview House. Address: 1 Jalan Remaja These photos were taken in May 2018, as I was doing a Feng Shui audit at a near-by bungalow home for an old client of mine:- Background: Century Mansion:- Directly opposite this development: Kewalram Hillview:- Please don't mistaken the former Hillview House vs Hillview Mansion (the haunted one).... Recently, I was informed by Cecil that it is now referred to as Mont Botanik Residence. Please do not confuse Hillview House with the infamous "Green House" known as Hillview Mansion. Additionally, there are two other houses: Matilda House and the "Red House" located at 191 Jalan Loyang Besar, near the Pasir Ris chalets. These three are considered the most haunted places in Singapore. Sorry for the side-track. Anyway, Mont Botanik is a relatively safe distance away from the former haunted mansion at Hillview Mansion-:)- HDB 173A, 173B, 173C, 173D, 174A To 174D Flying Star directions

Knowledge of where the facilities are prior to booking an apartment in a new development: 1. Selecting low storeys : 1.1. Close-by to dining or barbeque areas = smell / smoke during when these alfrescos or dining areas are occupied 1.2. Don't like noise? Then avoid a unit close to the water jets or jacuzzi's (if any) 1.3. Clubhouse toilets and function areas and other areas that may hold parties 2. Bin Centre / Electrical sub-station / Generator set or genset 2.1. A unit where the shops are directly below this area. Hygiene and sometimes rubbish bins with ants etc... 3. facing a guardroom or "busy service " road such as a drop-off point. Others: Herb garden - for show only. Usually up-keep is good for the first few years. When the condo turns 10 years or more... this could disappear. Anyway, as all condos are required to do weekly fogging.. don't ever dream of plucking the herbs for cooking. Yuks!- Twin Vew Condo at 91 and 93 West Coast Vale by China Construction - Is my unit still lucky today?
