Water Dragon Classics
All the above that you had mentioned can be considered so Long as they are in open spaces. But not in a covered drain storm. For example, a hidden drainage or Reservior system that aerial photos cannot detect or shown.

Front door facing poison arrow ?
T Must be exactly the same height + from an opening at the opposite home facing it. Thus even if it is the same stack but higher or lower than the pointed roof... not an issue.

There is no scientific proof that magnetic fields especially generated by sub-stations are harmful. It is not like gamma rays from the sun or radiation: which are. Take for instance the MRI scanners in hospital. These are huge magnets that are used to scan slices of just anything that is not solid. Thus, it can scan flesh (human or otherwise) and even bone structures. Tan Quee Lan Street / Heritage Plaza and Holy Crab A restaurant called "Holy Crab":- Photos of Heritage Plaza:-- Cats eyes vs obstructive half-moon floor bollard lights
These two differing methods serve the same purpose: 1. Passive markers: These wafer thin circular cats eyes because of it's reflective properties coupled with yellow warnings, in my opinion is the way forward. 2. Contrast it with these black protruding lights that bulge out. And their placement could cause someone such as a young child running around to fall and hit their face on the floor. 2.1. These lights needs to be turned on. It does not have light sensors so does not turn on in the event that it is pouring or the sky turned dark... in the day-time. 2.2. These lights do fail: short or blown.. and may need replacement. 3. Architects and landscape planners should play their part.... 4. The cats eye:- Or the bulky floor lights? Le Cresendo's Sail Shades as Poison Arrows? In all honesty, as I previously stated, this is actually a small pole. Furthermore, the sail does not appear to be menacing. There are certainly larger pavilions or shades made of more intimidating materials to be concerned about.- Residential units [especially Condos] adjacent to religious institutions and military bases.
Yes, potential- Arc 380 (formerly Eminent Plaza)
Arc 380 (formerly Eminent Plaza) looks like T.O.P. Soon.. Hopefully, many of the popular food stalls do return back.- The Precinct Pavilion(s) located within HDB estates. Are you aware that this is among the initial aspects I consider when conducting a Can or Cannot buy assessment?
1. One of the key elements I take into account when assessing the viability of acquiring a property at a new BTO site or development is this factor. 2. Undoubtedly, everyone must confront mortality at some stage in their lives. 3. Nevertheless, considering the skyrocketing prices of newly constructed apartments, it is clear that owning a home entails a considerable financial obligation. 4. In the process of selling a property, our collective aim is to optimize our investment returns. 5. The positioning of the precinct pavilion, whether it is discreetly located in a corner or prominently visible from several units, holds minimal importance. 6. It is recommended to avoid purchasing a unit on the lower floors that has a direct view of the precinct pavilion. 7. Earlier today, I traversed through Fernvale and took note of a specific residential area. 8. Some of the apartments are not only located near a wake or funeral, but I also heard loud music emanating from the event. IMG_8439.MOV 9. Unforeseen events such as a funeral can coincide with joyous family gatherings like Chinese New Year or a wedding tea ceremony, which are beyond our control. 10. Even though it was in the adjacent block, the music was excessively loud. The soundtrack can be identified in any of these three films... IMG_8437.MOV IMG_8438.MOV The units located on the lower floor of Block 436A have the potential to directly observe the entrance and resting area of the funeral. In my view, the trend originated with City Development Ltd [CDL]. (Hong Leong Group) I realized this when The Livia by CDL was introduced some time ago. Since then, numerous other developers have also embraced this trend. Therefore, it is now completely certain that any projects developed by certain developers who have previously engaged in this will frequently continue to follow this trend... We can also attribute this to the nations that prohibit the export of sand to Singapore, beginning with Malaysia.... Nevertheless, these countries face their own limitations, particularly political ones..- Front door facing poison arrow ?
Good Luck! Lets not focus just on HDB flats. Singaporeans are so used to the perceived idea of higher the better. In monetary sense, all of us know that most of the time the price of a unit goes up per storey. In some developments it is like $500 to $1000 difference each floor higher. Lets not talk about this generalised idea. Do you know that "there are more rich people who stay on the ground/2nd storey = landed than -> up there". Here, the bungalows, semi-detached and terraces. All are suppose to be no higher than 3 storeys high + an attic.- Is it okay to use geometric shaped lights?
These lights are at the borderline and can be subjective... At the end of the day, it is how the owner feels is most important. Do remember that Human/Man luck is as equally important as Feng Shui or if not more so. Thus if one feels happy with it and confident.. then this is a great boost to one's Human or man luck. This is relevant: "Follow your heart regardless of what others tell you to do. At the end of the day, it is you who have to live with your decision not them." - Understanding Facing direction of a home. Is it the front door?
