Feng shui gone wrong in my factory according
1. To begin with, it is not considered professional for competitors in the same industry to make comments about each other's work. 2. Moreover, I am uncertain about the accuracy of the attached charts. For instance, the chart indicates that it is a Period 5 chart, while today we are in a Period 8 chart: 2004 to 2023. A Period 7 chart covers 1984 to 2003, and a Period 6 chart spans 1964 to 1983. The implications of using a Period 5 chart to plot your factory are unclear. 2.1. In addition to the Flying Star chart, other factors such as the surrounding drainage flow around the factory should be considered. 2.2. Shapes and Forms Feng Shui, such as the location of the building and the external environment, are also important considerations. For example, a neighboring property with a "fire" element could pose a threat to the business. 3. Furthermore, I have provided interpretations of the significance of certain numbers, such as #5 in business representing misfortune or "sickness." 3.1. In addition to the above, I am having difficulty interpreting the blurred images, especially the second attachment.

Can or Cannot Buy Trilive and Principal Garden & Eight House Concept
The above is just the beginning of this review. This is an example of a Can or Cannot buy for specific stacks. Frankly, it is very time consuming. For this analysis alone: it took me from start to finish close to 6 solid hours of work: gather each layout; make sure that they are not mirrored; match the compass directions ... etc... And usually after finishing this analysis.. will leave me with a head-ache.. but this aside..

Part 1: Feng Shui of Riverbank condo in Fernvale - Which units are lucky today?
Riverbank @ Fernvale by UOL 1. There are two schools of Feng Shui: Compass School and Shapes and Forms. 2. Here, if you are a person who is considered as more logical, analytical and objective, then you most likely lean towards the Compass School where it uses numbers. 2.1. If you are more intuitive and subjective is considered better at Shapes and Forms. As can even picture it. 2.2. For example, "if I were to tell you that there is a dragon embracing a tiger, here. And if one were to ask where? But instead, I express it by number. For example this sector has the #1 water star with #8 a mountain; then a left-brain person would understand better. 3. Two worlds coincide.. here.. 3.1. For Block 17 stack #33 this is where even if one is a left or right brain dominance; majority may figure out that #33 is "The One!" 3.2. Here, whether if you are a left or right brain dominance person may come to the same conclusion that Block 17 #33 could be the best stack/unit. (Fortunately for some who have the purchasing power may go for it. If one has a tight budget... hmmm)... 3.3. What is so tempting about Block 17 stack #33? a. Suppose to have one of the best Shapes and Forms in Riverbank @ Fernvale: - within the development there are "veins" of water flow/course right at the front of the stack. - forever and ever (until en-bloc if any) it will enjoy unobstructed view of the water bank. - a stack located at the "land of the rising sun" easterly ... side instead of the sunset side... b. Under Flying Star Feng Shui; often when I buy a home for myself either for stay or renting out.. I would go for one with the auspicious double's of that period. Thus from now to 2023... the facing of this stack has the auspicious #8's at it's frontage. Frankly, even for this stack #33; it is still not perfect! But because of so many good things going for it... even if the kitchen is at the dreaded "NW" or fire-at-heaven's gate location.. no big deal... since even such "flaws" are no match for what I mentioned above.... However, under Flying Star Feng Shui.. under Period 9 which will slowly be influenced by that period chi two years before 2024 ... the wealth stars by say... 2022.. 2023.. will unfortunately "fly" to the rear side of this stack... Thus unfortunately.. even with so many things going for it... for the male breadwinner.. be cautious of career issues... around 2022.. 2023... Fortunately... if one can tide through this two years from 2024 onwards... the saving grace of especially good Shapes and Forms etc.. will help tremendously to help reduce it..

Semi-detached homes with unique curved balconies
This bungalow is located at Mountbatten Road. In the past around the 1950's bungalows in this area is around 9,500 sq feet. This design can also be found at Greenleaf area Rd / Dr / View. But usually split into half I.e. Semi-detached homes. For the Mountbatten Road example; the balcony's arch curves outwards. But for the sample layout plan of Greenleaf as shown in the earlier thread; the arc curves inwards; not outwards. More of the same theme.

Poor Shapes & Forms but no obvious "threat"
Poor Shapes & Forms but no obvious "threat" from movement of or flow of vehicles passing past the front gate of this home. Good news is that the home is set-back quite a distance from the road. A pretty sizeable home by Singapore standards, today. Arrows show the direction of vehicle flow.

The Santorini Condominium @ Tampines - Is my unit lucky today?
I have compared the North marking of the streetdirectory-map with that of the Sales brochure. The deviation is only a mere 1 degrees. And I found this margin to be on the very safe-side. Thus since both match near-precise; this implies that the sales brochure's North marking can be "trusted" in accessing the compass directions. The streetdirectory's show a sample reading of 118 degrees. And the sales brochure of the same direction shows 119 degrees. Either maps can be relied upon at the moment to get the compass degrees for Flying Star Feng Shui analysis.

Flying Star Feng Shui based on the sales brochure of the following:- Stacks 14, 15, 18, 19, 22, 23, 26, 27 are either NE3 or SW3 facing. Stacks 16, 17, 20, 21, 24, 25, 28, 29 are either NE1 or SW1 facing

The Santorini Condominium @ Tampines - Is my unit lucky today?
The Pavilion Gazebo-roof-lines are okay. But ouch! do watch those vertical poles supporting the pavilion / gazebo's. When standing inside any unit; avoid facing such vertical poles as shown in the illustration. The hardest is if one were to stand at that lovely balcony and be "confronted" with such a vertical pole or even a lone tree trunk. These are considered poison arrow or sha qi. Harder to cure. As normally we often leave the balcony sliding door open or do not draw the curtains fully to block or screen it (if any). If these vertical poles face a window opening.. much easier to cure as one can often draw the day curtain fully all day round. And this is suppose to be acceptable / practical "cure".

The Santorini Condominium @ Tampines and scanning for any signs of sha qi (poison arrows) from threats like club-house roof-lines / gazebo roof-lines or even other seemingly innocent structures... This illustration shows spacious setting.... a good sign...

The Santorini Condominium @ Tampines - Is my unit lucky today?
The Santorini Condominium @ Tampines is said to got it's inspiration from the Mediterranean. A medium sized condo with a total of 597 units. From a Top-view perspective the 7 blocks are roughly U shaped layout. Where block 35 is arranged a little off from it's two sister blocks 21 and 31-33. This site is on a pure rectangular plot. And under conservative Shapes and Forms Feng Shui is truly playing safe-macro Feng Shui. Stacks like Block 29 stack #26 and also Block 23 stack #14 will invariably create poison arrows from the sharp-corner of the block aimed towards stack #32. While stack #14 has it's corner aimed towards stack #08. See attached illustration. The Flying Stars of Blocks 21 31 33 35 stacks that either face Period 8: NW1 or SE1 directions.

Commonwealth Towers by City Developments Limited (CDL)
Commonwealth Towers and Stacks #09, #10, #20 & #21 These stacks face an auspicious Flying star direction of SE3. SE 3 facing has the water wealth star at it's frontage. Thus stacks #09 and #21 definitely meets the criteria. But with a caution: "white pollution" or especially for #09 even if it is inner stack (stack #10 being the closest to the MRT tracks) there will still be noise coming from the tracks during MRT operational hours. But I suppose, many would want to get the highest possible units. If so, then the above may not be of an issue. #10 also faces the pool as it is quite a distance away. But still meets the above SE3 facing criteria of water at it's frontage. Stack #20 especially higher storeys like 4th storey and above faces "virtual water" or yin water. Not real but better than nothing... "type of water" aka skyjuice. For a SE3 facing, however, the rest of the stars in other sectors are inauspicious. And may need to be disarmed especially in locations such as living / dining / bedrooms. These four stacks #09, #10, #20 & #21 does meet another criteria for SE3 facing a really good mountain support. In the form of the huge central core housing the lifts / staircase etc... If one is a non-lover of afternoon sun.. then stack #10 may have partial afternoon sun.. but the trade-off is that if one hangs clothes.. these dry pretty fast .. on sunny days!

Gramercy Park by CDL formerly Lucky Towers
Gramercy Park by CDL formerly Lucky Towers 1. My first impressions of this condo's name Gra - mercy? I simply don't like this unusual non-English name. Especially when I "break-it up" as above. 1.1. No offence, initially I also thought that Gramercy is a new horror movie like gremlins or something of that nature. 2. In fact, I suspect in the near future tell this name to a taxi driver and they or even the person wanting to go there may have a hard timing pronouncing the name. 3. Any way Gramercy Park is suppose to be not only luxury but said to be ULTRA luxury condo: privacy and exclusivity with the world's finest facilities. 4. When one first looks at the site map: one would assume that for eg. stack #09 would have the entire living room cum dining room facing towards "X" as shown in the attachment. 4.1. But this was not to be. In fact, if one were to purchase a unit at stack #09; standing anywhere in the living room / balcony... to the right will be the huge rubbish bin centre and the drive up for the rubbish truck. 4.2. Thus, I was scratching my head.. hmmmm P.S. The frontage of stack #09 should be standing at marking in purple A looking out towards B. The consolation is that the master bedroom has a commanding view of the pool. But somehow; it's huge toilet occupies part of the area facing the pool. And only the master bedroom, a bedroom + a small portion of the living room balcony has direct the pool view.

Taoist Nine Emperor Gods Festival (Kee Ong Yah festival)
Flying Star Feng Shui has it's origin from this festival.. believe it or not.. In addition, Chinese sword fighting formations are also associated to these 9 stars: "The Big Dipper formation ++" Taoist Nine Emperor Gods Festival (Kee Ong Yah festival) or Nine deities star gods festival This Taoist celebration always starts on the eve of the 9th Chinese Lunar month. This celebrations are generally localised to South-east Asian countries with their ethnic Chinese population. In general, the nine emperors (deities) consists of 9 stars: 1. The Big Dipper has seven stars. And each of these stars are considered an emperor each. 2. Plus there is an emperor who is the North Ursa Major star. This star is actually visible to the naked eyes on a clear night. 3. And lastly two assistant or associate stars. And unless one has bionic eyes; this two assistant or associate stars are difficult to detect with non-bionic eyes.. i.e. regular eyes likes yours and mind. Therefore, the above 7 + 1 + 2 = a total of 9 stars making what is known to this festival as the 9 Emperor (9 Stars) Gods. On the eve of the ninth lunar month, a ceremony is held as a welcome celebration and to invite the nine Emperors (9 stars). Elaborate bridges etc.. are erected to symbolise and to acknowledge these gods arrival from waterways or rivers. This is not the American Ku Klux Klan (KKC) or white supremacy gang. But by coincidence devotees also wear traditional white for purity and they carry incense and candles and await for the arrival to greet the Nine gods. During the festival; this is a joyous and carnival-like occasion. Either in a temple. But in Singapore; such temples are small and cannot hold that many people. This is why, for example, they lease the plot of land next to the Eunos MRT. Where I had taken photos from a-far. In addition, this piece of land is appropriate since during the duration of the festival; prayer bells and chants are performed by priests. If this festival is held next to housing estates; this may not go well with the residents especially after 10pm. At this Eunos site; FREE vegetarian meals are provided during this nine days of celebration together with continuous chanting of prayers daily. On the last day of this festival: devotees sends the 9 Emperors back to Heaven. By the way, this is one way of associating the 9 Star Ki or 9 Palaces of the Flying Stars concept...

HDB Punggol Edge & dim main door entrance area
HDB Punggol Edge & dim main door entrance area 1. Nowadays with better cameras on phones; the corridor photos does not actually reflect the true "darkness" at these corridors leading towards each unit's entrance. 2. Even with the lights turned on at the corridor; one can still see a hint of darkness outside the main door entrances of these flats. 3. In such a situation and also with such a narrow; the main door should not be considered as the frontage. Apartment above a sub-station
HDB Punggol Edge Just T.O.P. Who would have realised by looking at a Sales Brochure sitemap or failed to do so if indicated; and then purchased a home. Only to find that there is a sub-station directly below the unit. When the time eligibility for the sale on the open market; some buyers may (not Feng Shui) -void buying such a unit. Although there is no empirical evidence to the contrary that this is bad. Resource link: oo

My 2012 Brompton & Dahon Classic
The benefit of a folding bike is it's portability. I will never secure it to a bicycle stand. However; whenever I visit a new development be it a condo / EC or especially a new HDB site; I will always look at their bicycle station railing. If you think you had seen it all; I have often come across some variations. For eg. This one at the newly Just T.O.P. HDB Angsana Green at Yishun; they use a common inverted U shaped design. But this time round; instead of using round steel tubes bent in an inverted U; this site uses square tubings. And the concealed bolts were badly concealed with revealing cement patches. This is also the inverted U-shape design. The only difference is that every two poles are close-to each other. No big bikes can squeeze in-between these two poles. Location: Waterway Brooks at Punggol
