And each individual planks are pointed towards (on the other side) roughly at a unit on 2nd storey. This may become a potential poison arrow aimed towards the windows / balcony of a unit i.e. most likely Block 22 stack 21 balcony area. (For the windows, perhaps, one may install a curtain or blinds. But seems for stack 21 this may not be an issue as it does not seem to extend towards the bedrooms). But if the poison arrow is aimed towards the balcony; it is impractical to close the balcony windows shut all the time. Not only shut but also curtains or blinds drawn down. At the balcony, one solution may be to install an external blind.
