  1. Photo of the dining pavilion with the BBQ in maze. Apparently, the roof of the pavilion uses individual planks. And each individual planks are pointed towards (on the other side) roughly at a unit on 2nd storey. This may become a potential poison arrow aimed towards the windows / balcony of a unit i.e. most likely Block 22 stack 21 balcony area. (For the windows, perhaps, one may install a curtain or blinds. But seems for stack 21 this may not be an issue as it does not seem to extend towards the bedrooms). But if the poison arrow is aimed towards the balcony; it is impractical to close the balcony windows shut all the time. Not only shut but also curtains or blinds drawn down. At the balcony, one solution may be to install an external blind.
  2. Bedok Residences Condo of club house and barbeque pit (barbeque pit maze) There are many considerations when choosing an apartment. Nowadays, one of the most important considerations are: 1. If the unit does not have indoor rubbish chute: where is the central rubbish chute(s). 1.1. Here I have seen some new developments having two rubbish chutes: normal and recycling chutes. 2. There was a recent incident where some had purchased a "premium" unit and later found that there was a rubbish chute next to their new unit's main entrance door. 2.1. Even if this is not bad Shapes and Forms... Ouch! This will certainly also affect future resale value of that home. 3. Other considerations include things like where is the afternoon sun; Flying Stars: Eight House = how suitable to the breadwinner etc.. 4. For low floors especially 1st to 3rd storey; other concerns include the sharp-roof of a club-house/function room (if any). These are sha qi and some are hard to cure. Not like one can totally shut off the frontage of the flat. 5. Another thing that some of us overlooked is the barbeque pit. Here, just imagine especially on a lovely Friday evening; Saturday / Sunday and Public holidays where one's unit can literally smell barbequing ... etc.. 6. Unit located or facing the guard-house, drop-off point and vehicle Entry / Exit ramps. 7. Unit located or facing the central rubbish bin centre / transformer room. To name a few.. more...
  3. The major sales exercise was in May 2016. As such there is no further added value or the need to do further reviews by ranking since it should be nearly fully booked.
  4. A dragon curling around a podium pole Nine (9) dragons in the form of nine tiles on the floor / ground
  5. Tan Swie Hian Museum @ Sims Avenue This is a small museum. And this place seems run-down... Furthermore, one no longer can find it marked on any of the Singapore streetmaps such as onemap or streetdirectory.com.
  6. Sorry, hope you understand. It is not possible for me to work out for all bedroom types for each development. Thank you.

  9. Do you know that for those who pray to the Goddess Guan Yin or Goddess of Mercy: there are associated figurines based on a person or combined Husband and wife's ba zi element?
  10. No. Anyway Block B was never a shaxqi to Block A from the start.
  11. 1. Situational Approach The unit you mentioned as "X" on the surface looks rectangular. Thus based on this link; "It depends!". As you have voiced concern over the block; similarly an ultra conservative geomancer may also share the same views. This is because less likely, that it has seems not to have a proper or rather imbalanced air-flow around this block. Which in essence is inauspicious. The jagged edges of Block B facing the open car-park is considered a Sha Qi or poison arrows. And it is not good to be a neighbour so close to it. As I mentioned, it depends because, one has to take into consideration factors like:- a. How suitable is this home to the breadwinner + various locations of areas like where are the toilets / kitchen = stove vs sink, bedroom sectors etc.. b. Mapping out the Flying Stars of the unit. In addition other factors include things like Para 2. to 5. In order to make a proper assessment of the unit in Block B. 2. Feng Shui Triage Proper trouble-shooting is required. 3. The Concept of Maximizing Marks Hopefully from a FAIL to a PASS or better! Other concepts 4. Fix-the-Leak, First! Easily three or more major problems. 5. The Concept of Maximizing Marks Hopefully from a FAIL to a PASS or better!

  16. Although spiral staircases are not elderly or child friendly, but it is the most efficient for a tight space. Thus, it is fine if it is meant as a secondary emergency staircase in lieu of a lift. Photos: HDB Toa Payoh Central

  21. Forest Woods Residences Condo By CDL and Flying Star Feng Shui The remaining stacks belongs to the East group. N3 STACKS 32, 33, 39, 42, 43, 44 has the double auspicious #8's wasted at the "back" of the unit. Thus not as favourable. S3 STACKS 34, 35, 36, 40, 41, 46. In general, these stacks are the best stacks for a East group person. As both frontage enjoys the double auspicious #8 wealth stars. And furthermore their facing directions has water. Bring great wealth. 1. Attached, please find a sample illustration of a Flying Star Period 8, S2 chart. Please note that an S2 chart is identical to an S3 chart except that the directions found in the chart has to be tilted 15 degrees to 195 degrees instead of the original 180 degrees. 2. In the attachment: it is advantages for the [8] & [8] which symbolises : Prosperity, good wealth at the frontage of the home. Vs a N3 facing where this good stars are wasted at the "rear" which is usually the kitchen/yard area. 3. The only concern for a S3 facing chart is that so often, the kitchen may be located at NW sector. Which in Feng Shui is called: "Fire at Heaven's Gate". And this can affect the male breadwinner's career luck. 4. Thus for a South facing (S3) best to select a unit where the kitchen is either at North or North-east sector is preferred.
