  2. There is one unit in Parc Centro that has a unique one-of-a-kind open air WC! Don't believe? Please see for yourself...
  3. Human or Man Luck considerations. As mentioned under Part 1: besides Feng Shui there is also the element of Human or Man Luck considerations. Human or Man Luck can simply be considered as feel good or bad about something. For example: you found that the ideal position of your bed is where your bed-head may not have a backing for your head. Just imagine, you have this "not so good feeling about it" Subsequently, you have 10 visitors e.g. family members or relatives visiting you. And if just 3 out of 10 of the visitors share similar comments; would even feel worse-off. If one is the type who easily "goes into cold sweat" or feel very uncomfortable; one would have to live with this uncomfortable feelings for the rest of the time one spends in this bedroom. Therefore, always remember that Shapes and Forms prevail over this East/West "thing".
  4. Under Part 1: as mentioned, when one sees an empty bedroom, many of us would have a likely feeling of where to place a potential bed/bed-head. And this is basically Shapes and Forms. Please see attachment. It is not ideal to place a bed-head in this position. This is because just imagine if one frequently opens the windows in the bedroom. Natural air flow would often follow what is shown in sky-blue colour. The air-refresh rate or cycle at the corner where the bed-head is less. And often air stagnates at this area. (Unless one turns on the air-con or fan). Thus, even if the bed-head position based on the Eight House is suitable to the person, it may not be optimum for this bedroom. Under the Holy Trinity of Luck, there are three kinds of luck:- 1. HEAVEN LUCK or born with 2. EARTH LUCK or Feng Shui of the home &/or office 3. HUMAN or MAN?LUCK or feeling good /bad or relationships Each of the above accounts for 33.33333% of the total luck. Thus, even if one scores a full mark e.g. get the bed-head direction correct; in simple terms it only accounts for a maximum of 33.3333% From the above under No. 3 there is the HUMAN or MAN luck. Here, even if say the bed-head direction is not ideal; but the bed position is as shown under Part 1; and if one feels very comfortable with this; then it affects one's Human or Man luck or feel good factor. Same as what you wrote ... bed-head face "unusual positions". If later on one does not feel good in this position... then what is the use of "facing a good East or West group direction? Always take note that the Eight House (4 good / bad directions) are considered as NICE-to and not a MUST-have position. One should always consider where the bedroom door vs the windows vs the wardrope area is.
  5. These are some considerations: 1. Shapes and Forms prevail over one's best bed-head directions. 2. Often when one enters an empty bedroom; one already can visualise where the bed-head may be located. 2.1. For example, please see attachment. Often many of us walk into a bedroom and most likely visualise that the bed-head could be at this location
  6. This Chinese restaurant faces a T-Junction. The owners added two Pa Gua mirrors facing this T-junction....
  7. In addition, unlike a high rise; this illustration shows that all homes have three alternate advantages "water or rainfall drainage" from the property out of the plot of land. And often, this should also be looked into. See sample illustration. This water classic consideration will also determine whether the water in the drain or canal at the rear of the house should preferably flow from the left to right or right to left of the house. For example, if the home is a terrace house; and if the home was built from scratch, then it is not possible to consider the "2nd exit" point as mentioned in the attachment. What is worst in this example is a situation where there is say a canal/drain at the rear or close to the rear of the house and water drains towards this canal/drain other than the orange coloured zone of e.g. 277.5 to 307.4 degrees in this example. Thus in this example, there is a drain that drains water at 260 degrees towards the rear, then it becomes inauspicious. (Please note that this example is specific to one of the 15 directions of the frontage. And cannot be universally applied to say your potential home unless the frontage matches this example.) If one does a search in this forum, there are more examples of this. For example; http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=1&mid=17626&new=
  8. In my opinion; majority of Geomancers may consider one's gender at the time one is born when considering one's facing direction. Thus if one is originally born as a "baby boy"; then this should often be the used, instead.
  9. Thanks for the illustration. These are some considerations: 1. The red arrow that you have drawn applicable to "Right-hand" drive cars. 2. Thus if this house is in the Commonwealth; then the red arrow applies. However, if this is Korea, US, France and many other "Left-hand" drive countries; then the red arrow is closer to the other side.. 3. The test if there is a major concern or not is to visualise whether any vehicle be it a car, a van or a three or more tonner vehicle if lost control or driver drive straight and plough through. 4. In your illustration, the good news is that the rear of the home is quite a distance away! And furthermore, there is a canal to the rear. 5. Thus in my opinion, there should be little to worry about the rear of the house at a "T-junction". 6. But, wait! Caveat Emptor! Let the buyer or potential buyer beware! 6.1. One should really be concerned here is that there seems to be a large canal at the rear of the house. 6.2. If the canal is always dry i.e. water slightly less of a concern. 6.3. One has to really examine the flow of water in this canal e.g. left to right or right to left depending on the facing of the home. As well as how fast the water flows - based on the "Water classics".

  11. Frequently, when a mirror is positioned directly beneath an air conditioner, it is possible for the air conditioning unit to leak water, which can subsequently harm the mirror(s). The mirrors possess coatings that are applied to the back to create the characteristic "mirror" reflection. These mirrors are affixed to a piece of plywood prior to being mounted on the wall. The plywood itself is also capable of absorbing moisture. In Singapore, the humidity levels often exceed 60 percent. Alternatively, an air conditioner may direct cold air onto the surface of the mirror, leading to potential flaking of the mirror. It is important to note that the mirrors depicted here represent extreme cases. The photographs were taken in coffee shop restrooms. However, it is hoped that this provides an understanding that a mirror installed in a residential setting may exhibit some of these types of damage.

  16. Flo Residence and Feng Shui - Just T.O.P. This development has stacks / units that most probably face NE1, SE1, SW1 or NW1 The only stack that is most suitable to an east group is SE1. The rest of the other three stacks are more suitable to a west group person. It is best to confirm the attached readings as just 0.4 degrees and the above readings can instead change to e.g. NE2, SE2, SW2 or NW2.
