    sleeping in worst direction

    myfs_1464 posted a topic in General Help
    Hi Unfortunatley I have little option but to sleep in my worst possible direction, (SE), there is no way I can change the bed position. Of course I am getting lots of aches and pains and illnesses, is there anything at all that I can do? Carolyn
