Dear Cecil, I am looking to pick a lot for my new house. I am KEN person and there are 2 lots I am interested, but don't know which one to pick. Lot 1 Face NE, which is very good for me, since i am a KEN person, but the problem is that the lost is very small and back to another house (only 20 FT), there is another house on the right (about 20 Ft away), main street on the left and street go to the subdivision on the front. Lot 2 Face SW, which is okay for me. The back of the house is on a slop so you have a walk-out basement. There are trees on the back left of the house. Don't know if that help the slop? On the right there is another house (about 20 Ft away). On the left of the house, (here is the problem) about 30 ft away is the street, but there is a retaining wall below the street, to help water flow down on the right path down the slop . The retaining wall look like this.
