    Direction of house - confused

    Hi, I am new to all this but I have been reading books and am getting confused. My husband and I just bought a new house where the main door faces the Southeast. My husband's magic number is a 2 (1962) and I am a 5 (1963) and we are both from the west group. One book says that the sitting position (which is the back of the house) should be in an auspicious direction. Another book says that the front door should face the auspicious direction. Is our house correct and if it isn't, what should we do as a cure?
