It consists of 2 residential blocks, with each block ranging from 41 to 50 storeys high. One of the blocks will house some rental flats. You can choose from 782 units of 3- and 4-room flats. This development is offered under the Prime Location Public Housing (PLH) model. The roof garden atop the MSCP cascades down towards the landscaped grounds, where existing mature trees have been retained, where possible. The development comes with a childcare centre, a residents’ network centre, children’s playgrounds, as well as adult and elderly fitness stations. Please refer to the site plan located at the top of this page, for the facilities provided in Alexandra Vale. Facilities in this development will be accessible by the public. WHAT'S IN A NUMBER? OKAY FOR ME? One man's meat is another man's poison 1. House or unit numbers has nothing to do with the science of Feng Shui. 2. More towards a person's culture. For a Chinese, most of us are aware that number 4 or 44 or 04 or 14 is generally considered inauspicious by MOST Cantonese dialect group. And this has also spilled over to many Chinese. Especially those in the Far East such as Singapore and Malaysia. 3. Even SOME Koreans also find number 4 inauspicious for them. 4. In past forum messages, I have also mentioned that if one were to take a flight on Singapore Airlines: 1st class or business class, the seat numbers always jump from no, 12 e.g. 12A, 12B, 12C, 12D to say 14A, 14B, 14C.. 14D. One will always never find a seat number 13 on their flight. 5. The problem with a number 4 or 44 or 04 or 14 is that sometimes if we ourselves find it okay to live with such a number; but WAIT until a re-sale. As it is nearly impossible to convince a potential buyer otherwise - especially if they are biased or have doubts or don't feel good with such a number!

FACT OF LIFE OR LAUGHTER IS THE BEST MEDICINE? NO OFFENSE! This posting is not directed at anyone nor the author of this posting, please! The simple most common sense reason, even if one searched high and low and cannot find an answer is that these are commercial products sold to make a quick buck that's all. More to enrich the seller. LOL Commercial products sold in the name of Feng Shui are truly BULL-SHIT! LOL If it is truly authentic, one would have at least found one or more resources related to it. Want to wear it? Think of it as any other ornaments or trinkets. But don't come visit places in Asia like Singapore or Malaysia. They may think that the person wearing it is just a clown or rather "a joke". LOL No bull-shit.. unfortunately, this commercial product falls under this resource:-

Hi Cecil, we have moved in on Saturday. Thank you for your previous service. I wanna check with you because friends are telling us don’t put welding photo on the bed frame as per photo, is it true it’s bad? Before 1999, it was common to hang a large wedding photo frame above the bed, and this usually caused no problems. However, for those with toddlers, there is a risk, as young children often try to pull on the frame, which could fall and cause injury. For example, a small child could be struck on the head. This concern is more about common sense than Chinese customs. +++ ZOOMED PHOTO
