Hillion, Bukit Panjang - NTWU Canteen. Less of meal items sold.. half of the canteen is dedicated to high quality baking equipment .. mostly hidden from view. All bread/curry puffs/donuts/cakes/pastries for $1/- each. Quality on par or even better than those bread shops like BreadTalk or Four Leaves.. and much cheaper even. Imagine pick 7 items and the cost is $7/-. While at most other bread shops, depending on the item, the total costs for 7 items can even be $12/- or more! However, the tidbits on the temporary table costs around $2/- each: Located at the Bus Terminal where all NTWU Canteens are found.

Feng Shui is actually about nature and it's investigations and enhancements. It is sad to know that many Singapore Feng Shui Masters with lineages are themselves a Feng Shui products store. If their ancestors have known this, I believe, they would be furious about it. Ask: "Must I buy from YOU?"

The last few plots are across the fringe of Sengkang ... 5. Actually in my opinion, a close resemblance of a similar piece of land has to be Changi Village (up north) on the east coast. 5.1 Where we take a boat to Pulau Ubin. 5.2. In addition, when reservists had in-camp training at Tekong and time-off or after office hours also via the boats.. to ferry us to Changi Point. 5.4. Yes, a quick one... in the past around the 1970's we had to assemble at the Changi Point HDB carpark, then march towards and past Hendon Camp (Commando Unit) and towards the beach. 5.4.1. The landing craft would ferry us towards Pulau Tekong... towards.. then we had to march towards SAF BMT Camp II..

Another visit At lunch time. If their morning prata is good.. this must also be good?? No regrets ordering this mutton curry rice for $4/-. (With brani rice is $6/- for the whole meal). Melt in the mouth mutton meat... Spices just nice. Aromatic and not over powering like many others. P.S. Next stop Yew Mei Green condo...

Case Study 2: Good that the plot is pretty much rectangular (Shapes and Forms Feng Shui). 1. A new road Canberra Crescent serves both Parc Canberra and another EC (by developer MCC). 2. As Canberra Link (a major road) where also the MRT tracks follow is slightly noisy at times. Hopefully, the developer place the multi storey car park at this side of the development. 2.1. Brownstone and The Visionaire has few stacks/units exposed to this Canberra Link road. 3. MRT station is around a 5 minutes walk. But frankly, this is not really a Feng Shui consideration, though. But often, it is one of the selling points especially for young couples and the elderly.

Hi Cecil, based on fengshui, is it bad to put shoe into room/balcony/kitchen? Reply: Why all these places? Shoe cabinet not room or balcony or kitchen... become a shoe salesman?

Case Study 18: Staying in a unit directly above the domestic transfer water tank & pump room. 1. For re-sale flats, it is easy to spot such units. 1.1. Usually it is a 2nd storey unit directly above this pump room. 1.2. For under construction HDB flats, hopefully the Sales Brochure site plan would highlight this. (Unfortunately, I have not come across this information on many or all of their site plans). 1.3. Instead HDB do highlight the Electrical Sub-Station (ESS) and Consumer Electric Room). These are fortunately in a separate 1 storey building within the development. 1.4. The same cannot be said for condos especially private condos. Where I often see the development's smaller capacity e.g. 45KV directly below a unit in the development. So look out for this! Open this link to hear the sound of these working pumps...
