Case Study 3: All stacks/units are even numbered 1. As 4 or 44 or 444 are even numbers, there can be units that may have #04-444. 2. Certain Chinese consider a number like 4, 44 or 444 unlucky! 3. Sometimes, it may also affect Re-sale value, especially if the buyer simply has an adverse thought of it.- Parc Komo at Jalan Mariam by CECL Real Estate Development Pte Ltd (Formerly Changi Gardens)
- Ah ok. I just combed through your forum posts. And I really like how much you mention about common sense! Sometimes, we get too obsessed that we lose common sense
I believe that while having a high IQ and EQ is great, what truly surpasses both is a good dose of common sense. In fact, 70% of Feng Shui is simply common sense! It's so true that I am the only Feng Shui Master who can write a book on Common Sense Feng Shui! LOL- Ah ok. I just combed through your forum posts. Case Study 2: Garden Vines uses only even numbering of stacks/units such as #464 or #466. Hi! I stay at Block 238B Garden Vines #04-444. 1. Thus one can find unit numbers such as e.g. #04-446 or #05-466. 2. One also can find even unit number like 444. 3. Frankly: "One man's meat is another man's poison applies, here". 4. Some Chinese (especially the Cantonese dialect group) find 4 = sounds like "die". And here, 444 to some means die, die and die!. 5. If in doubt, skip these stacks/units since it may sometimes affect the re-sale value.- I have been in this business for many years. For creditibility have to remain neutral. Hi Mr Lee! I came across some of your writeups on fengshui for Jadescape. ?? Just wondering if you are working with any agents currently? Hi xxxx, I have been in this business for many years. For creditibility have to remain neutral. I have also have lots of agents who themselves take up personal Feng Shui. In my business... it depends on reputation. Thus... I feel ...... Seriously, I have too many clients. I leave them alone to see what they like... whom they like to interact... and furthermore... as per the above illustrations.... even in Jadescape there are the good, the bad, the ugly.. LOL Of course who don't want to make extra money. But... this is a conflict of interest for me.. LOL- HDB Plantation Grange @ Tengah BTO launched in November 2019
Case Study 2: Is there an issue if my unit directly faces the cross on a church's roof? 1. Extract from a previous review of HDB Waterway Sunrise II:- Resource url:- https://www.geomancy.net/forums/topic/15765-hdb-waterway-sunrise-ii-bto-launched-in-february-2017/?tab=comments#comment-33936 Depending on where the church places a cross. Some churches place it on the tip of their buidling or on the face of their building. There could even be a possibility of such a cross facing a unit at either Block 653B stacks 56 or 58. If so, this is considered inauspicious. In this example: If the above cross is shown as a red marking X, below:- Above: Extract site plan of HDB Waterway Sunrise II Then it could be at the same level of a specific floor of stack 58, then this is considered inauspicious to face such a "church cross-spine".- Flo Residence @ Punggol Field Walk

Case Study 1: Should I avoid buying a unit facing the church? 1. The first thing that came to my mind is Flo Residences Condo at Punggol. It also has a church right at the southern tip of the shared plot of land:- 2. Under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui, it is recommended that the unit i.e. windows do not directly face towards the christian CROSS symbol. 3. Thus if one is considering buy stacks such as 356, 504, 506, 508 or 510 best to buy the highest possible floor level. 4. As the church has yet also to be constructed, it is anybody's guess the location of this cross. 4.1. In many new church buildings, this cross could even be mounted onto the external facade or facades.. thus if one's unit is at a low floor, surely, when you open your window(s)... get to see it. 4.2. Better still, if possible, try not to buy these stacks.. unless it is a last resort. 5. Please also note that sha qi can also come from sharp corners (if any) of the church and/or sharp roof-lines. If so, the roof-line can become a sha qi aimed towards one's unit opening(s). Flo Residence Resource: Extract from the above link:- HDB Plantation Village @ Tengah BTO launched in November 2019

Case Study 1: Look out for the location of the common rubbish chute lobby with two bins each: Recyle and common bins. 1. Today all HDB bin lobbys have two bins: a recycle bin and a common bin. 2. Under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui, it is best to avoid purchasing two stacks: Block 125A stack #275 and Block 125B stack #277. 3. There is a stigma attached to the common bin / bin lobby visible from the main door. 3.1. It is difficult to shake-off stigmas. For example, just imagine having visitors to your unit. And having to hear: "How come you buy such a unit?" or "I read somewhere that it is inauspicious like this." 3.2. Your family invested money and now.. perhaps feel uneasy about it. Furthermore, in the near future, adding salt to one's wound; potential buyers will try to "low-ball" you.- HDB Tampines GreenSpring (Green Spring) BTO launched in November 2019 - Which units are lucky today?
Case Study 1: Should I be concerned buying a home near a mosque? 1. In Singapore's multi-racial society, it is quite common to find mosques in close proximity. 2. With the increasing scarcity of land in Singapore, the government has sought to identify as many "left-over" plots as possible in recent years to accommodate housing needs. 2.1. For instance, private developers have even placed bids on enbloc land to construct Paya Lebar Residences (PLR), which achieved its Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) in 2003 (previously known as Vistaya View). Similar to this site, PLR is conveniently located within a short walking distance to the MRT and numerous amenities, including Our Tampines HUB. 2.2. Not only is it adjacent to Masjid Wak Tanjong Mosque, but it is also located next to Madrasah Wak Tanjong Al-Islamiah. 3. HDB Tampines GreenSpring has also been developed on a "left-over" plot of land. 3.1. Therefore, it is not uncommon for the Darul Ghufran Mosque to be situated along the prominent Tampines Avenue 5 Road, with Tampines GreenSpring somewhat enveloping the mosque. 3.2. As early as the 1970s, mosques in Singapore were permitted to broadcast prayers at designated times throughout the day, and if memory serves, this occurred at least three times daily. 4. Fortunately, in contemporary times, mosques generally maintain silence, which contributes to a sense of tranquility. This is particularly true except on Fridays, when one can anticipate nearby roads and parking lots to be filled with vehicles during this period. 5. In terms of Shapes and Forms Feng Shui, it is advisable to avoid a unit that is directly aligned with the Crest atop a standard mosque dome. This situation may be regarded as a Sha Qi. Similarly, another residence might be positioned in alignment with the spine of a Catholic or Christian church Cross. 6. It is challenging to overcome the stigma perceived by others. 6.1 Therefore, even if one maintains a neutral stance or attempts to "live-and-let-live" with a unit adjacent to a mosque. 6.2 Nevertheless, when considering resale after a period of five years or more, this can significantly impact the resale value of one's unit. 6.3 In this context, there is no means to influence another person's preference if they are simply unwilling to purchase the unit. 6.4 Frequently, we may even anticipate low-ball offers in such unfortunate circumstances. 6.5 Naturally, if the current price of such apartments is substantially discounted, it is advisable to conduct your own calculations. The price or cost of acquiring any home is not determined by Feng Shui principles. 6.6 It is common knowledge that in an open market, buyers typically have certain expectations, such as being willing to pay a premium for unobstructed views or pool views, if available.- HDB Garden Vines @ Tengah BTO launched in November 2019 + a Case Study of the future temple next to this development & Devil's Gate / Backdoor? Case Study 1: Temple beside HDB Garden Vines @ Tengah The allocated squarish plot of land means that most likely the frontage of the temple is facing SW. And the rear of the temple is at NE. LEGEND: Red = Units located at the region of NE of the temple. Can be come an unexpected portal for the netherworld. As NE is generally considered as the devil's "front door". Green = In close proximity of the future Chinese temple. Last resort or last consideration purchase as it is also in the path of the NE "Devil's highway" Unit's in RED affected by Devil's front gate (Generally unlucky). Any units furthest away from the GREENs are the least affected such as #420 & #422 and beyond them. Placement of altar may inadvertently become a portal for spirits to enter and exit. There is no doubt that this future temple will be aligned at an SW to NE alignment. If so, this is extremely bad luck for those units within the NE zone. Especially units ranging from 1st storey to 4th storey high. Both Chinese Feng Shui and Indian Vastu principles ... share the (above) same thoughts... Many temples purposely align themselves to a NE-SW or SW-NE depending on their intended purpose. The famous Lian Shan Shuang Lin Monastery at Toa Payoh is aligned at a North Easterly direction. (However, this is not based on Flying Stars alignment. The temple is aligned precisely or exactly at a 10 degrees to 190 degrees for a specific purpose.) In the past, I received several SOS separately from some residents at block 255 and also 253.... By right, the temple could have been aligned North to South similar to block 194. But because of this temple; many HDB blocks has no choice also aligned to the temple’s profile. The above Lian Shan Shuang Lin Monastery plus the Kong Meng San Phor Kark See Monastery (Sin Ming - also known as Bright Hill) are never aligned exactly true North to South. But again; if one compares the two outlines of these templese, these two temples are tilted towards a North-Easterly direction. Again, for a specific reason. In Indonesian or Malay origin.. the word to describe this situation is "Mampus" = sure to die... Part 7: Should I be concerned that the plot slopes from X to Y? 1. In my opinion, it is a gentle gradient thus not a major issue under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui. 2. Before the establishment of Fernvale / Seletar Mall, a significant number of individuals in the Seletar area frequented a wet market and various other amenities at a former HDB estate located within a circle. 3. Following the closure of the wet market, numerous residents in the Seletar estate opted to visit the alternative market at Yio Chu Kang View or Ang Mo Kio 628 Market along with the surrounding shops. 4. It is highly probable that prospective residents at Yio Chu Kang Beacon will also choose to visit this market. There are two entrances to the car park, one at Ang Mo Kio Ave 4. During peak hours, both entrances are typically full, so consider yourself fortunate if you can avoid driving to the market and shops. 5. Many individuals often take the route from Ang Mo Kio Ave 9 towards Ang Mo Kio Street 61 through the main entrance of Yio Chu Kang Beacon. P.S. Apologies for the digression.- HDB Yio Chu Kang Beacon BTO launched in November 2019 + Should I be concerned if my unit faces a school?
Part 6A: You may want to consider the proximity of your unit to the common rubbish bin lobby and/or rubbish chutes. 1. It is advisable to steer clear of choosing stack #316. 2. Furthermore, it is recommended to avoid #381 as well. 3. If feasible, it would be wise to steer clear of #320, even though it poses the least amount of concern. Part 6B: It is suggested to avoid the lower floors of stacks #312, #314, #316, and #318 that face the DC, despite the fact that the DC's entrance is on the opposite side. 1. In all honesty, stack #310 should not pose any issues in the aforementioned scenario. However, lower floors may be impacted by proximity to the MSCP and potentially the lamp post on its rooftop. 2. The Electrical Sub-Station (ESS) of the older estate and Yio Chu Kang Beacon are not significant worries, as they are situated at a considerable distance. 2.1. Please note: There is no scientific evidence to support the claim that residing near an ESS can have adverse effects on one's health.- HDB Yio Chu Kang Beacon BTO launched in November 2019 + Should I be concerned if my unit faces a school?
Part 5: Is there a concern with two temples which are a distance away from HDB Yio Chu Kang Beacon? 1. Chu Sheng Temple and Swee Kow Kuan Temple are the two temples located in close proximity to each other. 2. The presence of part of the Presbyterian High School building and Yio Chu Kang CC + HSB Blocks 625 and 627 Ang Mo Kio Street 61 serves as a protective barrier for these two temples. 3. Hence, the two temples highlighted in RED are not a cause for concern as they are situated to the North of Yio Chu Kang Beacon, unaffected by the concept of Devil's Gate: Devil's Main door at NE and Devil's Back door at SW. 3.1. For a more in-depth exploration of the Devil's gate, please consult the resource "A Case Study of the future temple next to Melody Spring & Devil's Gate / Backdoor? Part 4: Is there a concern if my unit faces the Ang Mo Kio Thye Kwan Hospital (AMKTK)? 1. Frankly, only one stack #320 of Block 651A looks at the fringe or entry/exit of the hospital. 2. Thus the Ang Mo Kio Thye Kwan Hospital is not a major consideration or issue for this development. P.S. It is not like this stack #320 faces a morgue or anything like that.- HDB Tampines GreenSpring (Green Spring) BTO launched in November 2019 - Which units are lucky today?
