  4. Oh from my previous fengshui master Lo He wants me to buy many crystal so I prefer to look for you instead
  5. Did you know that in 1966, there was a Chinese cemetery just 300 metres away from HDB Telok Blangah Parcview? The area today: The Chinese cemetery was between Block 76, south of 450 Telok Blangah Cc; directly above Block 82 Telok Blangah Market, Kong Hock Keng Temple. Below: ground zero of the former cemetery Frankly, there is nothing bad about a Chinese cemetery. As in the past Chinese cemeteries were chosen because the land is often elevated i.e. on a hill. And cemetery land are suppose to be auspicious. The problem occurs only when there were illegal burials and not all bones were fully dug up or fully recovered before piling for the foundation works for that was converted into housing.
  6. Then and now... There was once a Jubilee School. Today, the school disappeared and Jubilee Road becomes a dead-end road due to the AYE. The area where The Clementi Canopy is was once a busy hub. And there was once a circus connelecting Clementi with West Coast... Zoom out of the above map:- Today, this development is surrounded by good schools...provided can get in...nevertheless good resale potential other than those units near to the expressway plus afternoon sun..
  7. Traditional Feng Shui is based on science and not about the purchase of crystals. Feng Shui is about earth luck of the home or place of study or work. The gemstones or crystals however has been linked to another field be it western or Chinese astrology. You can check out, here : Topaz. https://www.lovesigns.net/content/chinese-horoscope/find-your-sign/pig/pig-chinese-horoscope
  8. The area has not changed much with the mosque and St John’s Ambulance Brigade, showing in the 1966 streetmap. Beach Road has expanded. And Java Road where City Gate is today has been absorbed by Beach Road. The land has also been reclaimed.
  9. The compass directions also applies to Blocks 107, 109 and 175. These blocks T.O.P. on the last year of Period 7 or the eve of Period 8.
  10. HDB 173A, 173B, 173C, 173D, 174A To 174D Flying Star directions These are the 1st generation HDB flats in Punggol 21.
  11. Part 6 - Sharp corner of a block/stack becomes a poison arrow only if it is aimed towards an opening such as a window of a living room or bedroom(s). 1. Whenever blocks/stacks are not aligned parallel to each other, there may inevitably some potential poison arrows. 2. Please note that the list below is not exhaustive. For example: stack 1317 has a sharp corner aimed towards 1299. Stack 1313 has a poison arrow aimed towards stack 1283 etc...
  12. Part 8: Sha Qi from Strong winds and block layout 1. Good news is that hopefully one don't often get very strong winds blowing from the direction of the Red arrow towards stacks #214 and/or #216. 2. If so, during frequent windy conditions; this can affect both the luck and health of the occupants of these two stacks:- 3. See Below: Although it looks similar to the above. Fortunately for stack #150 the interior is enclosed by stacks 118, 106, 108, 110 and block 640A. Thus although I have drawn the wind trail lines.. stacks like 150, 148 are a NON-ISSUE:-
  13. Part 7: Other forms of Sha Qi from block layout design 1. Some geomancers consider stack 126 as a poison arrow aimed towards stack 80. 2. Technically it is correct to say this. However, it has more to do with the flow of qi or simply in a windy condition wind can be forced between stacks #126 and #128 and since especially stack #80 is exposed, too strong a wind can affect health and wealth luck of #80 and even #82:- 3. No major issue if there is no strong winds blowing towards either stack #80 or #82.
  14. Part 6: Potential Poison arrow from stack #88 to #52 is by far the closest proximity or threat. Thus by far this is considered the worst case so far: If the sharp corner from stack #88 aimed towards an opening (a window) of #52. Much harder to cure if it is aimed towards a living room window. Potential Poison arrow from #48 aimed towards stack #02 Potential Poison arrow from stack 76 aimed towards stack #20
  15. Part 8: Potential poison arrows from stacks #290, #262, #246 and #330 1. Potential poison arrows occurs if there is a sharp corner aimed towards an opening such as a window. Much harder to cure if it is towards a living room window opening. Potential Poison arrow from #262 aimed towards #230 Potential Poison arrow from #246 aimed towards #240 Potential Poison arrow from #330 aimed towards #360 2. There is a possibility of a poison arrow originating from the roofline or corner of the #401 1-Storey child care centre directed towards stack #362. The positive aspect is that this is most likely not an issue if a unit is located on the 2nd storey or higher. 3. The aforementioned points are not exhaustive. However, they serve as a brief example to clarify the concept of potential poison arrows within this development. 4. This concern arises because, when blocks or stacks are not aligned parallel to one another, there may be an issue with a sharp corner from the adjacent block's corner.
  16. Part 7: Shapes and Forms Feng Shui and Service Road 1. While a service road may not be particularly busy, there is still some disturbance of qi at the "mouth" of this opening. 2. For instance, I have illustrated in Red, Pink, and Grey the flow of vehicle traffic along this service road. 3. It is advantageous that the ground level features a VOID deck. 4. Nevertheless, to err on the side of caution, it is advisable not to acquire a unit, particularly #02-248 and #02-246. 5. To ensure safety (or to be Kaisu), it is preferable to purchase a unit above #05 if one is considering either stacks #246 and #248. 6. In contrast to the aforementioned, stack 358 below exhibits less than ideal Shapes and Forms Feng Shui due to its position at the intersection of the service road; 6.1 The positive aspect is that it is set back further inwards compared to stack 248, which is situated very close to the edge of the service road. 7. Let us examine another development that was launched concurrently: Tampines GreenVines:- 7.1 In this development, the slip road leading into the area is marked in RED "A" and is not directly at the front of a stack/unit. 7.2 For example, stack #208 is positioned further inwards from the entrance to the estate, which is advantageous when compared to the previous paragraphs. 7.3 Additionally, stack #236 is angled and not directly at the "mouth" or marked in RED "B" at the entrance to the estate.
  17. Part 6: Precinct Pavilion (PP) and Electrical Sub-Station (ESS) Higher floors preferred for 254, 256, 262, 264, 266, 268, 312, 314, 318, 324, 326, 332 & 334 as these stacks face the Precinct Pavilion. With the exception of stack 318, which has the service yard side facing the Precinct Pavilion at block 401C. While there are no identified dangers associated with Electrical Sub-stations (ESS), there remains a stigma linked to residing in proximity to an ESS. Therefore, it is advisable to avoid purchasing properties such as 284, 286, 350, or 352.
  18. Part 5: Under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui, it is less than ideal to have the main door in-view of the central rubbish bin corrider and especially the bins These stacks/units are 250, 266, 268, 288, 312 & 314. With stacks such as 288 and 314 are some of the worst as the central rubbish bins are literally at their door-step.
  19. Part 4: Male Breadwinner and the inauspicious Fire at Heaven's Gate 1. Conduct a search in this forum for "Fire at Heaven's Gate". 2. In general, a kitchen, particularly if a stove is positioned directly at the NW cardinal point, will be considered inauspicious for the male head of the household. This situation can typically have an impact on him. 3. The reason for this is that the NW area, according to the Ba Gua Trigram, is associated with Heaven (sign). Additionally, NW symbolizes the male head elder of the household. 4. Therefore, in straightforward terms: activating a stove in the NW will diminish one's Heaven luck, which is unfavorable, and may also influence the career of the male head elder. 5. It is not particularly challenging to visualize South-facing stacks and attempt to identify those with kitchens located in the NW sector, especially the Flying Stars S2 facing ones. 6. For this development, HDB Fernvale Dew, I have selected one example. In this case, stacks #246 and #250, as illustrated below, have the kitchen situated within the NW sector: 7. Regrettably, the two examples mentioned above represent merely the tip of the iceberg regarding this development. It appears that there are numerous south-facing stacks featuring comparable kitchens in the northwest sector.
