  2. Location: HDB Waterway Ridges These ring type design only has three bolts secured to the floor. But again, it is hard to carry these rings always. Frankly these rings may even be eventually pulled out if one used some strength... hmm...
  3. Total Flying Star Feng Shui directions of HDB Tampines GreenGem
  4. In my opinion, it is advisable to leave it as it is.
  5. Palm Residence & Royal Court at 3 Jalan Rajawali & Grand Chateau Palm Residence = An arrow head profile block:-
  6. Fish ball noodles so so ... there are other stalls in Singapore that are better. This is the $4 version. Asked for more chilly. As a result very salty...

  8. Good morning Master Lee, can I check with u if this light ok for my dining area? Plus even if it is pyramid shaped x3; does not look imposing or threatening is okay
  9. Ok thanks master. It’s very useful. Appreciate With reference to this article:
  10. Thanks! Happy Holidays! It is acceptable. More importantly, respect the tablet by placing it in a “respectful location” Okay where? Based on common sense... of course not on the floor etc...
  11. Part 5: Avoid stacks/units directly facing into the Precinct Pavilion and close-by to it. For HDB Fernvale Acres, it is good news that the planners place the Precinct Pavilion discretely away from the entire development as highlighted in yellow:-
  12. Case Study: Drainage Reserve (uncompleted) So long as the Drainage Reserve is not an open drainage system but closed or concealed, then under Shapes and Forms, is not a major concern. So long as it does not pass directly below a block of flats as shown, here:-
  13. Thanks for your patience n kindness much appreciated ?
  14. As clarified earlier, it has more to do with common sense = possible leaking from the pipes. Thus, if this does not happen, not perfect but have to live with it if the dining table is (still) there.
  15. You wrote: Do you think the way the MRT track runs poses any Sha Qi (poison arrow) to the development (I don't know how to tell if the mrt tracks "cuts into the development" - Reply: No, the MRT track runs parallel to the estate. It is true that the trains run quieter today: with a few enhancements, namely concrete tracks instead of wooden ones; sound proofing plus more quieter train wheels. You wrote: Next, from the window.. I can see the Chinese temple if I look to the left - the temple is not directly in front of the main window but if u turn to the left can see the temple - is that ok? Or, is that bad fengshui as well? Reply: Most likely you are referring to the Foo Hai Chi'an Monastery which is next to the Sri Sivan Temple. In theory, the Monastery is no threat from your description. However, this is always controversal or subjective: there will always be a stigma whenever it comes to future resale value. Three other temples are in the vicinity but they are mostly around 7 O'clock hidden in the mist of other shophouses. Which I think you are not referring to them such as Kwan Imm See Temple, Katho Chengsia Temple and a smaller Nam Hai Keing.
