The Salvation Army building have roof-lines that can become a potential poison arrow(s) The red arrow area shows that there is a roof-line which is higher then that of the yellow area. Avoid getting a Low unit facing the Salvation Army building..

Help in applying feng shui in an apartment
These are some considerations: 1. If in doubt, may have to draw both the Period 7 and Period 8 charts. In some instances, there are similarities 2. Should consider the side of the home with the most windows 3. My book on the use of compass includes the understanding that even in any country be it east europe or elsewhere, one can obtain a street directory: paper or soft copy and a protractor to check on the readings Flying Stars - Using an Ordinary Compass - Book 1 2016-11-002.pdf

The Vales EC @ Sengkang
The Vales EC @ Sengkang Just T.O.P. last week. All the stacks are either Period 8: N3 or S3 N3. Stacks/Units has the double auspicious #8's wasted at the "back" of the unit. Thus not as favourable. S3. Stacks are the best stacks for a East group person. As both frontage enjoys the double auspicious #8 wealth stars. And furthermore their facing directions has water. Bring great wealth. 1. Attached, please find a sample illustration of a Flying Star Period 8, S2 chart. 2. In the attachment: it is advantages for the [8] & [8] which symbolises : Prosperity, good wealth at the frontage of the home. Vs a N2 facing where this good stars are wasted at the "rear" which is usually the kitchen/yard area. 3. The only concern for a S2 facing chart is that so often, the kitchen may be located at NW sector. Which in Feng Shui is called: "Fire at Heaven's Gate". And this can affect the male breadwinner's career luck. 4. Thus for a South facing (S2) best to select a unit where the kitchen is either at North or North-east sector is preferred.

RiverTrees Residences at Sengkang - Is my unit still lucky today?
Today, I was upstairs in a unit in Tower 29: 1. Fantastic view! 2. Pretty rare for a unit to be North facing but a commanding view of lots of water. And unit is indirectly that of a morning sun. 3. For a 99 year development: very well equipped and one of the first that comes with both a front loading washer and a separate dryer unit; fridge, built in microwave and passageway cabinets.

Door that bigger than main door....
Under symbolism in Feng Shui, the main concern is that of the main door vs rear door. However, the passageway or whatever one wants to call it need not follow the concern spelt out by you. There are few considerations: 1. Common sense. Given that this is a passageway, most architects would give an allowance of at least 800cm or 1 metre wide. This is because, if it is a terrace house, one may have to move bulky items e.g. a large fridge, bed-frames e.g. queen-sized etc.. 2. It is not about how small this passageway needs to be or how small the door; but rather, the larger the opening.. avoid opening a door or a living room sliding panel/french doors with a visible opening directly towards the yard --- that's all.

Cactus and Feng Shui? Need some help. I have a few pots of cactus given by family members, but not sure where to place them in the house. Some people advise me not to place them at entrance, living room, kitchen and even bathroom.
Historically and in contemporary times, it has been a common practice for individuals to plant thorny trees, such as cacti or bougainvilleas, at the corners of their homes to deter potential thieves. I requested Meta AI to envision a cactus tree situated in the corner of a bungalow. However... this is what I received instead... Nevermind.. LOL

These perspectives are regarded as ultra-conservative views. According to the Holy Trinity of Chinese luck; Heaven or being born with accounts for 33.33% Earth or Feng Shui also represents 33.33% Human or man luck constitutes 33.33% Together, these three elements make up a total of 100% luck. I would like to express that if one finds comfort in having plants, even cacti, they should proceed without concern for others' opinions. As previously mentioned, Human or man luck comprises 33.33% of the overall luck. The primary reason some deem it inauspicious is due to the spikes on a cactus. However, as stated, human factors are more significant.

Higher land~
Usually, there is a false ceiling with an excess panel around the main door. Based on the layout, most likely the sewerage plus drainage pipes are not directly below the main door. If so, not that if a big issue; since roughly there are around like 15 percent of landed Properties close to such a layout design. And as I mentioned earlier, not that bad if it is usually the shower area above main door vs the WC at that location.

Received a pakua mirror and want to dispose. How can I do that?
Frankly, there are no rituals required for the disposal of a new or used mirror. Normally, just wrap it in old newspapers and dispose it into a bin. Since the mirror has already been wrapped, throw it away at any time.

Higher land~
You wrote: "1. My master bedroom toilet is right above my main door and I heard that this is not good pls help" Frankly, this has more to do with common sense:- More precisely, it is quite common to find a toilet above the main door. The main concern has more to do with the sewerage pipe and or drainage pipe(s) directly above the main door. There are many instances where it is only the shower or the walk-way of the toilet that is above the main door. Thus it depends. You wrote: "2. I heard my friend said that my neighbour house on my left hand side shouldn't be higher (higher than my house 15cm) than mine coz Green Dragon on my right and White Tiger on my left (while I am facing my house from the outside) is it true? Wat can I do about this? " You mean you are able to exactly compare both homes to as much as 15cm difference. Frankly, such homes should be considered as roughly both of equal height. And this is a small or rather non-issue.

Positioning of Altar @ New House
1. Please refer to attachment. 2. Based on space constraints and other considerations like avoid altar sharing the toilet wall; there are really not many options left to place the altar. 3. Options A and B are still acceptable. And common place. 3.1. Just that avoid placing shoes or having a shoe cabinet below the altar or next to it or above it. 4. Common sense: Based on common sense, because the joss stick fumes are cancerous, it is good that the altar(s) are at a well ventilated spot. And away from the bedrooms. Thus, marking A or B is a plus point.

If my fiance grandfather just passed away. Do we have to get married within 100 days or 1 year or that we can get married anytime we choose?
If my fiance grand father just passed away. Do we have to get married within 100 days or 1 year or that we can get married anytime we choose? 1. For Chinese, we have a vast range of dialect groups. And one will be surprised to hear so many versions. 2. More importantly, does your family still have a strong matriach? In the past, this could be an elderly eg. a strict and somewhat considered as the final say in the family. 3. If so, she be consulted. In a closely knit family arena, some even consult a great-uncle or auntie. 4. if one does not have this hieracy but a benevolent parent? Or both side's parents can agree to your whatever requests and be flexible then not a major concern. 5. Given that there are wide ranging discrepancy in what to do and what not to do. 5.1. For example, some feel that at least a 100 days mourning would be fair.. and the marriage afterwards. Some even say on the contrary, must be married by 49/100 days or so. 5.2. You will be surprised that some matriach even insists a marriage after THREE Yes! 3 years not 1 year you had mentioned earlier. 5.3. While in modern times.. some benevolent parents had "approved" their children's marriage or shorten it to 1 year. 6. If one does not have a strong matriach (either non-existent) or a benevolent grand mother (or elder) should consider what are your PLANS and refer to Para 4, above. Thus there is really no one-size fits all. The good thing is that our Chinese customs are suppose to be flexible. Alternatively, depending on one's religion, if one is a staunch buddhist could seek their belief's priest for advice. In modern times, it is best that you discuss with your immediate parents and fiance. And then approach her parents for consent. Given that you are the male side in our Chinese society.

Fengshui Chinese Painting
These are some considerations: 1. Feng Shui does not micro-managed until so detailed. 2. That painting is similar to buying another production based on features. 2.1. For example: a car such as a BMW comes with options: leather seat or synethic seat, different head lights 3. Thus, the painting reminds me of just like Para 2. The more features.. imply ? That it is either better then the competition or more expensive. 4. The painting is simply a modern invention. 5. Means that if I don't have the same painting.. I also will not enjoy good Feng Shui? 6. Majority of the time either a similar no frills painting may.... 7. Buy it mainly as a decorative piece and not in the name of Fung Sway!
