My idea of a wealth spot? Place a water feature, there? .... Hmm...

Was doing an industrial office audit this morning. Some photos taken from Northlink Building @ Admiralty of Woodlands Industrial Exchange U/C 2017 and God of Fortune Temple.

In recent years, some condos have a few stacks/units that have similar (to the attached) layout. However, from a Shapes and Forms and even Flying Star point of view; if the auspicious wealth stars are at the frontage of the unit; having a kitchen at this frontage is inauspicious. Where possible, within this The Poiz and in other developments; try to select "normal" layouts instead of such a layout plan. (If possible). And perhaps, select such layouts as a last resort.

Common sense and a table Sometimes it is best to avoid having a table with just one-leg. This has more to do with common sense. And centre-of-gravity. For example, can a child or person leaning on the side/edge of the table make it topple down? With four legs, this can never happen to a table. But look at the photo.... seems "scary" right?

The Poiz Residences and Shapes & Forms Feng Shui The architect could have placed the yard WC sharing the same wall as bedroom 4; but a wise choice to avoid this. (Type H D1 ap) And many of the other similar layouts also avoided this. A plus point under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui.

The only concern for a S2 facing chart is that so often, the kitchen may be located at NW sector. Which in Feng Shui is called: "Fire at Heaven's Gate". And this can affect the male breadwinner's career luck. 4.3 Thus for a South facing (S2) best to select a unit where the kitchen is either at North or North-east sector is preferred.

The term kiasu and kiasee applies here! Kiasu: "scared to loose out to others" Kiasee: "very scared to die"

Nowadays, one does not travel alone. And on hoildays, the whole family travels together. You can't tell the father that he is not suitable to travel with the family to Canada. Nor tell the mother that her best destination is Iraq. Or tell each family members to travel separately since A is suitable for the North; B West, C East and D down under.... (South)........ In my opinion, such article if written serves no logic to the family nucleus. The travel site perhaps has run out of ideas on their articles?

These are some considerations: 1. From your layout plan can understand that there are lots of constraints in the placement of one altar already but with two altars... this is a "pure headache". 2. Other than the space constraints; it is correct to say that marking "A" could be a potential "top choice" if not for the air-con unit above it. Not withstanding that it can severely eat into the dining area. Thus, based on this floor plan; "A" is out. 3. Marking "B" would be the next best choice if one has only one altar. And if so, the altar could be placed parallel to the bedroom wall. Or perhaps, one altar is placed, at marking "B" and another location is found for the other altar. 3.1. But if an altar is placed at "B"; and if some family members are at home most of the time e.g. a child studying in the morning and returning home to his/here room could find the "fumes" from the lighted joss flowing into their bedroom. Or a retired parent. (Long term can be cancerous). 3.2. If altar or for that matter; as shown in your diagram; then a bed-head should not be too close to the markings "XX". 4. Marking "C" or "D" is one of those last resort provided there is sufficient space and avoid placing the altar next to or around 1 metre next to the TV / High-fi area. 5. If balcony has a solid wall then "E" is another one of those last, last resort. Since your compass marking shows that there is no afternoon or morning sun-shine to this area. 6. A last resort is like your placement. BUT try to create a small void between the two altars as shown in the illustration: "vacuum gap".png

Under the Chinese "Luck" system or the "Holy Trinity" of Chinese Luck system; there are three kinds of luck:- 1. Heaven's Luck or born with. (Four Pillars / Ba Zi) 2. Earth Luck or Feng Shui of our home and work place. 3. Human or Man Luck. Each of the above can be summed up mathematically as:- Heaven's Luck = 33.3333% Earth Luck = 33.3333% Human or Man Luck = 33.3333% Thus all three combined together = close to 99.999 or rounded up to 100% of total luck system. There are many situations where one's Heaven's Luck or born with is not as good. But, based on the above; Heaven's Luck account for just 33.3333% of total luck. That is why, there are some who even if their Heaven's Luck is not fantastic; but they have good Earth Luck (especially of Feng Shui of the home and since many spent time at work; the work place also). Another category of luck = Human or Man Luck as seen from above also accounts to 33.3333% of the total luck. So what is Human or Man Luck? Many geomancers would lead us to believe that it is about buying their useless "highly marked" up products. To them, it is just like some who blinge on chocolate when say they are nervous or had worries and thus over-eat such thing. Human or Man Luck is about first and foremost how we treat our family members and or bonding with them. Thus, instead of buying useless Feng Shui products; things like bringing the whole family for a meal at e.g. Macdonalds or taking them out for a simple outing can boost one's Human or Man Luck. Therefore, having a poor ba zi is not the end of the world. This can easily be compensated or reduced by having better Feng Shui (earth luck) and Human or Man luck.

Based on the readings using a protractor and the site plan; I found the compass readings to be 307 and 127 respectively for blocks/stacks 415A and 415B. 3. Thus just 0.4 degrees off and either these stacks would change from NW1 to NW2 and SE1 to SE2 respectively. Or worse! if it falls in between these two readings and become veryinauspicious. 4. To be safe; and if your queue number is good; try to avoid stacks in either blocks 415A and 415B - if possible. Or cross your fingers.
