Feng Shui of The Panorama in Ang Mo Kio - Which units are less unlucky today?
Part 2: Feng Shui of The Panorama in Ang Mo Kio & Sha Qi (Poison arrow) from neighbouring stack "The most pronounced (or glaring)sha qi or poison arrow is from stack 37 towards stack 08 in this development"

Part 1: Feng Shui of Riverbank condo in Fernvale - Which units are lucky today?
Part 1: Feng Shui of Riverbank condo in Fenvale / Sengkang & Sha Qi (poison arrows) from neighbouring stacks 1, Although the four blocks of flats are : two by two parallel to eah other; 1.1.The facade of the various stacks are not one smooth frontage but some indent while other protrude out. 1.2. As such some of the protruding sharp corners of stacks are poison arrows aimed towards a neighbouring stack. 1.3. For example : stack 30 and 31 have sharp corners aimed towards opposite stack 28 etc...

Feng Shui of The Panorama in Ang Mo Kio - Which units are less unlucky today?
Part 1: Feng Shui of The Panorama in Ang Mo Kio & Flying Star Feng Shui 1. A comparison was made with both the streetdirectory map of The Panorama and the sales brochure site plan. 2. The margin of difference was only 2 degrees to the right: 2.1. For example Block 18 & 20 shows 17 degrees in the streetdirectory map. While the actual sales brochure shows 15 degrees. 2.2. As N3 falls within 7.5 to 22.4 degrees; it is close to 99.9 percent certainly based on the maps that stacks such as 30, 31, 32, 37, 38, 39 &40 falls withinN3. Unless the developer's physical construction tilted the blocks so far from the above readings. 2.3. Nevertheless; always prudent to do an on-site readings no matter what to be 100 percent sure of the Flying Star readings.

Part 1: Feng Shui of Riverbank condo in Fernvale - Which units are lucky today?
Sales Brochure Riverbank @ Fernvale Brochure.pdf Feng Shui of Riverbank condo in Fernvale / Sengkang & Flying Star directions 1. Based on the street directory readings; the 4 blocks are slanted slightly to the right at 7 degrees North. 2. Another 0.4 degrees and all blocks land into a dangerous zone of emptyness or "no man's land". 3. Thus for now, my calculations show that all blocks/stacks/units either face N2 or S2. 4. If the development is tilted >0.5 degrees; it can change the readings to N3 or S3 respectively. Frankly, this is still ok since N2 and N3 chart are identical. Same as S2 and S3 flying star chart. 5. What is of greater concern is that hopefully, this development does not fall into neither N2 or N3 and/or S2 or S3. If so, expect bad luck for the residents in the estate. 6. Best to go down after TOP to confirm the actual compass readings. Hopefully, it falls into either N2 or N3 and or S2 or S3 respectively.

Feng Shui of Hillion Residences Condo - Which unit is suitable today?
Part 1: Feng Shui of Hillion Residences Condo 1. Under Shapes & Forms Feng Shui; it is a distinct advantage for each of the three blocks in this development are standalone "point-blocks". 2. The greatest advantage is that qi or wind can flow evenly throughout each block even if the plot size is small. 3. In this development; each blocks: 10 and 12are spaced fairly apart with the exception of block 8 which is considered on it's own. 4.As the development is under construction & often unable to enter the site to take an actual reading; 4.1.Based on past experience, once in a while; the sales brochure's site plan with the North marking could be inaccurate. Recently, I found two sales brochure's north marking incorrect. 4.2.The Sales brochure's site plan's compass reading match very close with that of streetdirectory.com withonly a slight 3 degrees variance. For example: Sales brochure shows N1 as 160. The streetdirectory shows N1 as 163 degrees. 4.3. Thus the stacks/units are either N1, S1, E1 or W1 facing.

Feng Shui of Hillion Residences Condo - Which unit is suitable today?
Part 2: Feng Shui of Hillion Residences Condo & Flying Stars of N1 facing stacks. 1. The stacks below are considered as Flying Stars Period 8, N1 facing:- Blk 8 stacks 08, 09, 10 & 11 Blk 10 stacks 20, 21, 22 & 23 Blik 12 stacks: 32, 33, 34 & 35 2. See attachment on characteristics of a N1 facing stack/unit.

Part 2: Feng Shui of Bartley Residences Condo
Part 6: Feng Shui of Bartley Residences Condo & Flying Stars S2 facing stacks 36, 37 & 38 have better overall luck. As for these stacks/units: the current prosperity (auspicious double wealth stars) are at it's frontage: #8's. And if a bedroom or living room is at SW: can tap the indirect water wealth spirit location especially for those who work in uniform groups such as the police or especially in the Singapore Armed Forces SAF.
-
Part 2: Feng Shui of Bartley Residences Condo
Part 5: Feng Shui of Bartley Residences Condo & N2 facing = 40, 41 & 42. 1. For such flats it is a pity that the South compass sector has the double auspicious combinations of wealth stars #8's are wasted at the kitchen/yard area of the unit. 2. The frontage or North sectors also has bad flying stars associated with sickness. See attachment.

La Fiesta Luxury Condo at Sengkang - Is my unit lucky or Can or Cannot Buy?
Feng Shui of La Fiesta Luxury Condo at Sengkang & Flying Star Feng Shui 1. This development either faces N3, S3, E3 or W3. 2. From now to 2023, in general (other than the limited choice for 4 and 5 bedroom types); S3 facing flats have the double auspicious #8 stars at it's frontage (standing inside the living room looking outwards). 2.1. Thus from a Flying Star point of view; stacks e.g. 43, 48, 49, 52, 25, 28 & 30 for example are considered the better units. 2.2. As compared to N3 facing stacks such as stack 39 & 54 etc..

Part 1: Feng Shui of Lakeville Condo @ Jurong Lake
Part 2: Feng Shui of Lakeville Condo @ Jurong Lake & Flying Star Facing Directions In this development; all stacks are either NW2, NE2, SE2 or SW2 facing direction.

Part 1: Feng Shui of Lakeville Condo @ Jurong Lake
Part 1: Feng Shui of Lakeville Condo @ Jurong Lake & External Sha Qi or Poison Arrows from sharp corners of neighbouring block of flats 1. The Six (6) Blocks are designed in a "diamond shaped" formation. Although it means that most stacks in each block has the maximum distance from each other and also almost uncluttered view; 1.1 It is inevitable that such block placements may result in sharp corners of neighbouring blocks/stacks aimed towards each other. 1.2 The surprising thing is that by arranging4 blocks: 3, 5, 7 & 9in a row with two other blocks spaced out e.g. blocks 1 and 11; the number of poison arrows aimed towards a neighbouring block has been reduced to a minimum. See attached illustration. This is a plus, here.

Part 1: Feng Shui of Lake Life EC
Part 4: Feng Shui of Lake Life EC & Flying Stars & "LUCKY" or auspiciousstacks/units: 09, 10, 16, 17 & 18 = S2 facing directions 1. These stacks/units have facing direction at the South compass direction. 2. For example, standing inside the unit looking out of the balcony or living room window facing South. 3. In this sample illustration of a Period 8, S2 facing unit; 3.1. Looking at the illustration: South shows [8] & [8] = Prosperity and Good Wealth. 3.2. If SW sector is a bedroom or living room is equally advantages as there is a "[1] & [6] - Power Authority (Especially good for policeman or uniformed personnel. See sample illustration from a recently TOP HDB BTO flat.

Part 1: Feng Shui of Lake Life EC
Part 3: Feng Shui of Lake Life EC & Flying Stars 1.Stacks/Units: 07,08, 12, 13, 14, 15, 19, 20, 21, 25, 26, 27 Under Flying Star Feng Shui: Stacks 07,08, 12, 13, 14, 15, 19, 20, 21, 25, 26, 27 are considered as Period 8 N2 (North 2 0/360) facing units. 2. For such units: see sampleattachment:one will notice double #8's which are current prosperity wealth stars. These are considered as "WASTED" at South compass direction which is often the Kitchen / Yard area. 3. If one also notice the frontage has #7 & #9 which represents internal intestine illness. 4."LUCKY" or auspiciousstacks/units: 09, 10, 16, 17 & 18 = S2 facing directions 4.1 Thus, if you are reading this and had instead chosen a South facing e.g. S2 especially facing a pool of water these are considered the best stacks in this development plus also not affected by DIRECT afternoon sun although every six months there is some slight afternoon sun coming into the home. 5. Please note that the attached sample is based on a N2 facing HDB BTO flat and not a layout from this development.

Part 1: Feng Shui of Lake Life EC
Part 2: Feng Shui of Lake Life EC & Pool water condensation + wind directions. 1. I can recall a similar development called: Rivervale Crest condominium at Sengkang. 1.1. Rivervale Crest condo is also a small development. And has a similar compass direction and U-shape layout plan. 2. If you have the time you can read the resource below on "sick building syndrome".:- Resource: http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=43&mid=12550&new= 3. Since Lake Life EC shares an identical configuration; the only thing that may be different is the movement of wind directions in the west as compared to that of the NE at Sengkang. 3.1 Since wind directions plays a part in how wind blows thru this new Lake Life EC development.

Part 1: Feng Shui of Lake Life EC
Part 1: Feng Shui of Lake Life EC 1. I tried to interpret the North marking on the actual sales brochure site map. 1.1 But found that if I use the "vertical" North?to South alignment in the brochure; there is a large 10 degrees difference - if I compare it with the readings found on streetdirectory.com 's map. 2. In the streetdirectory.com 's map; it?distinctively shows that majority of Blocks face either a?true?North-South cardinal points e.g. 0/360 degrees N2 ; or 180?S3 facing directions. 3.?While block 2 either faces W2?270 degrees or E2 90 degrees. 4. Only stacks 11 and?25 have?a totally different facing because of it's slant to try to make this a gentle U curve to form a distinctive Horse-shoe or U shaped design. 5. By doing so, and curving?stack? 25 gently; there?does not seem to have a poison arrow i.e. stack 25 poison arrow cancels out stack 02.??But stack 11 has a sharp corner aimed towards stack 01.

-
Feng Shui of Westwood Residences EC - Which units require additional attention
Part 2: Feng Shui of Westwood Residences EC & Sha Qi or poison arrows from neighbouring blocks sharp corners 1. Please see attached illustration. 2. One will notice that because there are gaps in between blocks; these gaps means that sharp corners of blocks/stacks could aim sha qi or poison arrows to each other. 3. Secondly, this is a relatively small development: thus the various blocks/stacks are in CLOSE PROXIMITY to each other. 4. Take a look at especially the RED arrow heads. These are suppose to be potential poison arrows - if they are aimed into a home through an opening such as a window or balcony silding doors. 5. Thus, in reality; when the flat has TOP; it is best to stand at such opening(s) and look out directly to confirm if there are any sharp corners aimed at one's unit or not. 6. For example: stack 16's sharp corner MAY be aimed towards an opening (if any) of stack 24. Or stack 15's corner towards stack 19 etc... 7. Please note that there are more poison arrows. For example: stack 29's sharp corner aimed towards stack 12 etc... that are not shown in the attachment. 7.1 Therefore, please note that the attached illustration is to allow one to have a better understanding of sha qi or poison arrows.

Feng Shui of Westwood Residences EC - Which units require additional attention
Feng Shui of Westwood Residences Executive Condo (EC) This condo is the first in Singapore with a "bicycle" theme in mind. The overall Feng Shui of Westwood Residences EC: 1. This development has stacks that either face NE, SW, NW and SE. 2. Thus majority of the stacks are considered under the Compass School to be more suitable to the West group persons (NE, SW and NW). 2.1. And just one facing direction of SE for the East group person. But, this is not exactly good news. 2.2 As majority of the SE facing stacks have their kitchen at the dreaded "Fire at Heaven's gate". This can affect the male breadwinner's career and also overall luck from heaven. As when the "stove" is turned on" it is literally burning one's "Heaven luck". 3. Best Stacks are 18 and 21. Stack 17 can be considered but the side of the wall as shown in purple can have afternoon sun soaking into the walls. This depends however, on the thickness of this wall; may ooze out heat into e.g. the master bedroom. These stacks are facing the landed property side. 4. Stackings facing the service road and the ramp leading in and out of the development: 4.1 Especially on low floors stacks 27, 28, 31, 32, 35 and partial 36 has the entry / exit ramp / service road thus poorer Shapes and Forms Feng Shui 4.2 In addition many of the stacks facing SE eg. stacks 4, 8, 12, 11, 16, 27, 28, 31, 32, 35 and 36 may be affected by the inauspious Fire at Heaven's gate as their kitchen are located within this area.

Feng Shui of High Park Residences Condo - Which units are lucky? Which have health concerns?
Part 6: Feng Shui of High Park Residences Condo : Flying Star Feng Shui of Blocks 25, 27 & 29. 1. In the attached, one can see the comments on a NW3 facing and also a SE3 facing stack. Affecting:- NW3 (Note: borderline between NW3 or N1 - to do an onsite confirmation) BLK 25 STACKS: 19, 20, 21 & 22 BLK 27 STACKS: 27, 28, 29 & 30 BLK 29 STACKS: 35, 26, 37 & 38 For example, in 2022.. 2024 onwards, the water wealth star will become #9. And unfortunately, it will fly to the centre of the apartment. if this is a bomb shelter or bedroom passage-way or a toilet or a store-room; then be careful of getting retrenched around 2022.. to about 2024 onwards. Once this period has passed; Still not so good as before 2021. As from 2022 onwards... this house will have "LITTLE or no luck!" SE3 (Note: borderline between SE3 or S1 - to do an onsite confirmation) BLK 26 STACKS: 17, 18, 23 & 24 BLK 27 STACKS: 25, 26, 31 & 32 BLK 33, 34, 39 & 40

Part 5: Feng Shui of High Park Residences Condo & Flying Star Feng Shui 1. Blocks 25, 27 & 29 = Either NW3 or SE3 (Need to do an actual on-site reading as my previous calculations show that it might be N1 and S1 respective. As this is a borderline case) 2. Blocks 23 & 31 = Either N2 of S2 3. Block 21 = Either N3 or S3

Part 1: Feng Shui of Coco Palms condo - Is Coco Palms still lucky for the next 20 years from 2024 till 2043? Find out, here
Part 2: Feng Shui of Coco Palms condo & the interior layout especially the location of the WC vs bedroom & toilet close to the main entrance door. 1. Where possible always try to avoid sleeping close to the bedroom wall shared with a WC. 2. Try to avoid buying a unit with the WC close to the main entrance door. 3. Do I blindly follow the Sales Brochure North compass marking for this development? 4. Other considerations: https://www.geomancy.net/forums/topic/15313-reading-between-the-lines-of-sales-brochures/?tab=comments#comment-34350

Part 1: Feng Shui of Coco Palms condo - Is Coco Palms still lucky for the next 20 years from 2024 till 2043? Find out, here
Part 1: Feng Shui of Coco Palms condo & Exernal Shapes and Forms - sha qi or poison arrows from "friendly fire" 1. Coco Palms condo is another development by the same developer who often accidentally "shots its residents own feet". 2. Again, each neighbouring block/stack's sharp corner is aimed towards each other. Often like a symphony of lattice design. 2.1. For example: , take a look at the lower left of the illustrations containing stacks 50, 51, 52, 55, 56 etc... against stacks 57, 63, 66 & 67. 3. What is worse-off is that these blocks/stacks are close-by or in very close proximity: D'nest condo also shares this same story: Reference: http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=43&mid=34659
-
Part 1: Feng Shui of D'nest Condo
Part 1: Feng Shui of D'nest Condo & A NEST of poison arrows from sharp angles from Block corners. 1. In my opinion, this development has one of the "worst" case of poison arrows. 2. For e.g. take a look at unlucky Stack #77, alone. There are as many as a potential of FIVE (5) poison arrows aimed at it! 2.1. One poison arrow is bad enough. BUT FIVE (5)? 2.2. Let's see... the potential FIVE (5) poison arrows may come from: Stacks 49, 46 & 47& 50.The furthestis from stack 43. 3. Others: "You aim at me, I aim back at you!" For example: stacks 54 & 45 aimed towards 74 and 74's corner aimed towards stack 59. 4. No wonder the developer call it a "NEST". A truly NEST of bee hives or POISON ARROWS! 5. Furthermore, as most blocks are in close proximity of each other: this is a FURTHER concern. As compared to some developments where each block/stack corners are quite a distance away.
-
Part 1: Feng Shui of D'nest Condo
Part 2: Feng Shui of D'nest Condo & "sick building syndrome" 1. Contrary to popular belief; pool water is not exactly clean water. 2. Pool water is full of chemicals and even traces of urine. 3. When one enclosed a swimming pool like that shown attached + a gap for afternoon sun to shine the maximum period is often a recipie for high condensation of the pool water. 3.1. Here, on a clear sunny day; the sun would shine into the pool from morning (East) to (West). And this implies that lots of moisture would be created. 3.2. As this development's pool is long, narrow and highly enclosed and only two gaps; strong winds would further blow such moisture into homes that have their windows opened especially at lower floors. 3.3. Often, many would close all their windows/balcony and go to work. 3.4. Those that are left behind and on lower floors e.g. 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th may have babies or young children who live in such units. Tendency for them to open their windows/balcony sliding doors. 3.5. Thus often, the wind would blow these "dirty moisture" into their unit. The rest is history. 3.6. You can read more about this from this past resource link: http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=43&mid=12550&new=
